Continuing service projects in the capital, Erbil
ARK News… The Mayor of the Capital, Erbil, started a project to pave the streets of the Rawshanbiri neighborhood (one of the new neighborhoods in the capital), while Governor Omid Khoshnaw arrived in the neighborhood to closely monitor the progress of the project.
The governor of the capital explained by saying that the cost of the project is 266 million dinars, which was allocated from 15% of the revenues of the Erbil municipality. Pointing out that the first phase of the project, which started, is paving 19,000 m2 and is implemented by the Directorate of Roads and Erbil Asphalt Plant.
Khoshnaw continued, by saying that in parallel with the work in the Rawshanbiri neighborhood, paving operations are currently taking place in 3 other residential neighborhoods, which are Simi Khatunawa, Sebardan, and Hewleri Nu (New Erbil).
