His Excellency President Masoud Barzani, Chairman of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, respected brothers, and members of the political bureau of the brotherly Kurdistan Democratic Party.

Appreciation and respect:
On the occasion of your birthday, and the seventy-sixth anniversary of the founding of the brotherly Kurdistan Democratic Party, we extend, on behalf of the Central Committee of our Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria, and the party’s bases and masses, our highest congratulations and blessings on these two occasions, and we wish our people in the Kurdistan Region continued prosperity, a well-off life, and achieving success at all levels.

They are two occasions dear to the hearts of all Kurds, from which we draw lessons of struggle and resistance. We look with gratitude for the birth of a party and look forward with great respect and reverence to the convoys of martyrs from the brave peshmerga who watered the land of Kurdistan with their fragrant blood.

We are certain that the great development taking place in Kurdistan would not have been successful without your wisdom in managing the region, your directives, and your reference that surmounts the difficulties in front of the leadership of the region and the government of Kurdistan. The great impetus of love and loyalty to your inimitable struggle.

Mr. President... Dear Brothers:
Iraq today is going through a thorny and complex political situation, and as you are partners in parliament and the federal government, the political parties and the opponents are looking forward to Erbil to be the key to the solution to all outstanding problems, and the crisis will end peacefully, all thanks to your wise wisdom and the correctness of your political vision.

We reiterate our congratulations to your Excellency, wishing well and victories for our people in the Kurdistan Region, and for the Kurds in the rest of Kurdistan.
