A message from the American ambassador from the Erbil Citadel
ARK News... The new US ambassador to Iraq, Alina Romanovsky, on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, published a message in Kurdish and English from the Citadel of the capital, Erbil.
The new US ambassador to Iraq sent a message to the people of the Kurdistan Region, in which she said that she was happy to visit the beautiful and historical Erbil Citadel.
She added, "I have heard many wonderful stories about your beautiful region, including that you have a rich and diverse culture. Your warmth and hospitality made me eager to visit all parts of the region."
She concluded, "I congratulate you, and I highly value the spirit of mutual acceptance and peaceful coexistence... I will work to strengthen the security and economy in the region through more coordination and partnership. The United States and the Kurdistan Region are better together, and this will continue."
