Ministry of Peshmerga to PKK: We will not compromise on the security of the people of Kurdistan
ARK News... The Ministry of Peshmerga, on Friday, said in a statement that its forces will not compromise on the security of the people of Kurdistan, commenting on the injury of a member of its forces and the two casualties in two attacks in Duhok governorate on Friday.
The ministry said in the statement, "The Peshmerga forces and the people of Kurdistan are concerned about such actions, and everyone should understand that protecting the security and stability of the people and land of Kurdistan is a priority for the Peshmerga forces and that they will not compromise in carrying out this duty."
The ministry added in the statement, "It hopes that border conflicts will no longer extend to the Peshmerga forces and that the Kurdistan Workers' Party will not try to take advantage of the calm and peacefulness of the Peshmerga forces in the region, because it is no longer permissible to destabilize the security and stability of the people and endanger the lives of citizens and the Peshmerga."
