In an exclusive statement to ARK News, Kurdish lawyer Abdel Rahman Muhammad said: The presence of the PKK in the Kurdistan Region is illegal, contrary to international law, a violation of the region's sovereignty, and poses a major threat to the security and stability of the Kurdistan Region.
