With the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, I extend my sincere congratulations to all Muslims in Kurdistan, Iraq, and the whole world, asking the Almighty God to accept their fasting, standing, prayers, and obedience, and to restore this holy month to everyone with goodness and blessings.
