ARK News… The United States delegate to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, strongly condemned the continued weeks-long bombing of Daraa by Assad's forces, and Greenfield demanded in a tweet, Sunday, the need to lift the ban imposed on the entry of United Nations humanitarian aid to the region.

The US delegate expressed her deep concern over reports that the "Assad regime" used a policy of forced displacement of the people of the region, describing it as a "tactic" aimed at exerting pressure on the population.

On the ground, the neighborhoods of the besieged city of Daraa were subjected to heavy bombardment by the forces of the Fourth Division and the Iranian militias with the support of Russia, which began at midnight, that is, when the delegation of the tribes that visited the besieged neighborhoods left to inform the Central Committee of Daraa al-Balad about what the discussions between them and the regime and Russia had reached to a dead end, it seems that the people of Daraa have once again rejected the Russian conditions for surrender and displacement.

The people and activists of the city of Daraa Al-Balad appealed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, the foreign ministers of the member states of the Security Council, the United Nations Special Envoy, Geir Pederson, and the ambassadors of the countries of the friends of Syria to intervene quickly to save the lives of more than fifty thousand people from the city, whom the Assad regime threatens to displace them with their families and their women and children.
