ARK News… PYD militants in al-Shahba camps kidnapped a minor girl from the displaced people of Afrin, according to what the girl's mother announced, on Friday, August 20, 2021.

The kidnapped girl's mother appeared in a video clip appealing to the concerned and responsible authorities to release her minor daughter, Fatima Idris Na’asan.

Idris Na’asan, who hails from the village of Qijûma of Jenderes town in the Afrin region of Syrian Kurdistan, said: He suffers from diabetes and cirrhosis of the liver, and he has five children who live in Tel Rifaat camp, and his daughter works in agricultural lands to secure their livelihood, but the militias of the PYD kidnapped her and took her to an unknown destination.

Na’asan added: Despite the strenuous attempts to reveal her fate and return her, the attempts failed, due to their insistence on denying their responsibility for the kidnapping, noting: that he received threats that they would not return his minor daughter to him.

Na’asan appealed to Mazloum Kobani to come to al-Shahba and put an end to the violations they are subjected to, stressing: They live in deplorable conditions in al-Shahba camps.

In 2019, Mazloum Kobani signed an agreement with United Nations representatives to prevent the recruitment and abduction of children and to return children under the age of 18 to the ranks of his forces, but the PYD militants continue to kidnap children, the latest of which was the kidnapping of three minors in the cities of Syrian Kurdistan.
