ARK News… Despite the continuous demands of the Kurdish people and other components in Syrian Kurdistan to put an end to the phenomenon of kidnapping and militarization of children and minors by the Revolutionary Youth Organization "Ciwanên Şoreşger" affiliated to the PKK and PYD militants, the Syrian Democratic Forces pledged not to recruit them, but the kidnapping of children and minors has become a painful phenomenon that destroys society and destroys the future of an entire generation of children.

Khawla Darwish al-Safouk, the mother of the underage girl Ahed Amin Abdul Ghani, said in an exclusive audio statement to Rebaz News that her daughter Ahed (16), was recruited into the ranks of the PYD in the city of Qamishlo 10 days ago, although the family followed up on her situation and tried to bring her home, they did not succeed in this.

Ahed's mother added that her minor daughter left the house in anger more than ten days ago, after a small family problem between her and her brother, so she went to the PYD militants of PKK to join their ranks. We searched for her in all the PYD centers in Qamishlo city, but they did not provide information about her whereabouts.

Khawla Darwish Al-Safouk, the mother of the underage girl, Ahed Amin Abdul Ghani, appealed to the competent authorities in the PYD administration, child rights organizations, human rights organizations, and the media to help her remove her from militarization and return her home, threatening to kill herself if they did not return her daughter to her.

She pointed out that her daughter Ahed is still a child and does not understand what conscription and militarization mean, and she is not at the age of responsibility, begging her to help her return her daughter.

In the same context, the militants of the Revolutionary Youth Organization of the PKK kidnapped the Kurdish child Simav Al-Othman, on Monday, August 9, 2021, in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan. She was released after media pressure and pleas to reveal her fate.
