The Council of Girke Lage Locality of ENKS demands the release of the kidnapped

ARK News… The local council of the Kurdish National Council held its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, in the town of Girke Lage of Derik city in Syrian Kurdistan.

Where the meeting began with a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs of the Kurds and Kurdistan and the martyrs of the Qamishlo massacre, whose memory coincided with on Tuesday, according to the official website of the Council.

The official website of the Kurdish National Council in Syria stated: Among the topics that were discussed in the meeting, the kidnappings carried out by the PYD militants against members of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, especially the recently kidnapped from the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria.

The website confirmed that the meeting demanded the necessity of releasing political prisoners and media persons as a goodwill gesture to resume negotiations between the Kurdish National Council in Syria and the Kurdish National Unity Parties.
