On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha, I extend my warmest congratulations and blessings to the Muslims of the Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and the entire world, especially the heroes of the valiant Peshmerga and the Internal Security Forces and the families of the martyrs and the honorable Anfal, wishing that they spend the days of Eid in a joyful atmosphere full of joys and delights.
Unfortunately, the rate of infection with the Coronavirus has been escalating recently, so I call on all citizens of the Kurdistan Region to fully adhere to health instructions and preventive measures.
