President Barzani said in the text of his message, "On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha, I extend my warmest congratulations and blessings to the general Muslims of Kurdistan, Iraq and the world, and I send my congratulations to the families of the honorable martyrs, the brave Kurdistan Peshmerga, and all dear Kurdish citizens."
