The Barzani Charitable Foundation, in partnership with the (Kuwait Relief Society), is organizing special ceremonies attended by the Consul General of the State of Kuwait in Erbil, the Minister of Health in the Kurdistan Region, the Governor of Erbil, and a number of government officials, to announce the end of another phase of the project ( prosthetic limbs) for (87) people with special needs in central and southern Iraq and the governorates of the Kurdistan Region.
