He added, "The question that arises during the first viewing of these images, and the extent of this brutal torture represented by his body is what is the guilt that equals this amount of torture...? And what heart do those who tortured Amin have."

He explained, "I think that the message they wanted to convey by killing Amin under torture, that this fate awaits everyone who dares to raise his head before this administration or to utter a single word that contradicts it, in addition, it is a clear message from the department that works day and night in the administration to thwart the Kurdish dialogue, thinking that the Kurdish National Council and the young Amin party, which belongs to the largest party in the council (the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria), will act according to human emotion after witnessing all this torture, and announces his withdrawal from these dialogues, for example.

Barho continued, "But what happened is that the council adopted the case of the murder of young Amin - which has become an issue of public opinion - and demanded, through a statement, the formation of an international investigation committee, to hold the perpetrators accountable and bring them to justice."

At the end of his speech, Imad Barho said, "What is required after Amin's case has turned into a public opinion case is to go to open an immediate and transparent investigation - the American embassy in Damascus also demanded that - which entered into the line of the case and reopening the grave of the late Amin and the autopsy of his body through the formation of a committee of neutral doctors, in the presence of a delegation from the Council and the PYD Administration, and with coverage from the media, and those involved in this heinous crime must be held accountable, bringing them to justice to serve as an example to those who are tempted to commit such a crime, which was described by the general population of our people as transgressing all societal norms and traditions, and it is truly a crime against humanity that must be presented in international courts, and its perpetrators held accountably.
