Details of the explosion of the village of Mozilan in the countryside of Derik, which caused a human catastrophe

ARK News reporter revealed that the explosion that rocked the village of Mozilan in the countryside of Derik city in Syrian Kurdistan was caused by the explosion of a mortar shell, which a shepherd brought to the village, and as a result of the explosion, two people lost their lives, and others were wounded.

Ahmed Sofi, the correspondent of ARK TV channel, said that one of the shepherds of the village of Mozilan came to his house with a mortar, and the shell exploded on Monday, 14/6/2021, because the shepherd and his brother tried to open it with hand tools, and as a result of the explosion, the two young men lost their lives directly, and their mother, who was close to the place of the explosion is in her head and her condition is unstable, and their sister and father were lightly wounded.

ARK reporter added: During the explosion, the two girls "Shinda Ali Farmo and Zaynab Haji Ali" were close to the site of the explosion, as the child Shinda Ali Farmo lost one of her eyes, and the child Zaynab Haji Ali lost one of her legs.
