On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, the Kurdish National Council offers the highest verses of congratulations and blessings to the Kurdish people and the whole of the Syrian people and the Islamic world, wishing them a happy Eid and for peace and security to prevail in all parts of the world, and for Syrians to achieve a free and dignified life that ends their suffering through a political solution to the Syrian crisis under international sponsorship.
