Indonesia announces its desire to expand relations with the Kurdistan Region
ARK News… President Masoud Barzani, on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, received in Salahuddin Elmar Iwan Lopes, the Indonesian ambassador to Iraq.
During the meeting, which was attended by Zinol Idris Younis, the Indonesian Consul in Erbil, the Indonesian ambassador to Iraq expressed his admiration for the picturesque nature of the Kurdistan Region and the stability and development prevailing in the region. He also announced his country's desire to expand its relations with the Kurdistan Region.
For his part, President Barzani expressed his thanks to the guest delegation and welcomed the expansion of relations between the Kurdistan Region and Indonesia in various fields.
