The YPG apologizes and condoles the Syrian regime

ARK News: Although PYD militants have committed many massacres against the Kurds in Amouda, Kobany, Afrin and Qamishlo in Kurdistan, Syria, until now no statement has been issued acknowledging, apologizing or condoling with the Kurdish victims, while officially offering condolences to the dead of the Syrian regime and describing the clashes a regrettable.

The General Command of the Popular Protection Units' militants (YPG) issued a statement saying: "On the eighth of this month there was a regrettable clash between the Asayish forces and the regime forces in the city of Qamishlo, which causing a number of casualties and injuring others and creating an atmosphere of freight and tension which encamped the atmosphere of Qamishlo city ."

The leadership confirmed the opening of an investigation about the incident and called on all parties to exercise restraint. "At a time when we condole the families of the victims and express our deep sorrow at what happened, we confirm that the competent authorities have opened an investigation into the incident. The results of the investigation will be revealed immediately, and we call on both parties to calm down and take the national interest as a starting point for finding solutions".

A former leader of the Popular Protective Units (YPG) belonging to the Democratic Union Party (PYD) accused the United States of igniting the clashes that took place on the eighth of this month in Qamishlo and said that America is trying to instigate sedition among them and between the regime.

Rezan Hiddo, a former media adviser to the (YPG) militants of the Democratic Union Party in an interview with Al-Watan newspaper close to the Syrian regime last Tuesday accused the United States of being behind the clashes that took place in Qamishlo between gunmen from the regime and militants of the Democratic Union Party, where seven militants lost their lives in addition to the killing of fourteen militants of the regime, and said that what happened was a kind of “sedition”.

Hiddo added that what happened in Qamishlo city was "a crime full of descriptions of the Syrian nation's right"

The city of Qamishlo witnessed on the 8th of this month clashes between the security forces of the administration of (PYD) and Assad's forces resulted in the deaths of a number of dead and wounded.
