Escorted by two helicopters | Russian troops conduct routine patrol near Derik in Syrian Kurdistan
ARK News… The Syrian Observatory said that Russian military police conducting a military patrol in the countryside of the city Derik in Syrian Kurdistan. The Russian patrol consists of four armored vehicles accompanied by two helicopters to secure the air cover.
The Observatory added that the patrol crossed the village of Sarmasagh Tahtani and headed to the village of Sarmasagh Foqaani and then to the countryside of the town of Mabada, east of Qamishlo.
Earlier on Saturday, the Syrian Observatory monitored US forces conducting a routine military patrol near the city Derik in northeastern Syria, as part of their routine movements in the area.
