Muhammad Ismail reveals the latest developments in the Kurdish talks on the contentious issues
ARK News… A member of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria revealed that the Kurdish-Kurdish talks had made important strides in the second stage, "the supreme Kurdish reference, joint management, the military agreement."
During his participation in the ARK bulletin, Muhammad Ismail, head of the ENKS negotiating delegation in the Kurdish-Kurdish talks, said that the two parties to the talks approached the final agreement on the supreme Kurdish authority.
Ismail added: We discussed many aspects of the joint administration round, especially how the National Council will participate in the administration in Syrian Kurdistan, and there are some obstacles in this round of talks.
On the contentious issues between the two parties to the talks, the head of the negotiating delegation of ENKS said: We met with Mazloum Abdi, Commander-in-Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces, on the contentious issues, and we have completed important stages in this regard.
