Kadar Khudir: Most of the thefts happen in broad daylight in Qamishlo
ARK News… A Kurdish citizen said that the Asayish of the PYD is not interested in the phenomenon of theft that has spread during the recent period in Syrian Kurdistan, especially the city of Qamishlo.
During his participation in the ARK bulletin, the Kurdish citizen Kadar Khudir said: The robbery takes place in broad daylight and in front of the eyes of the Asayish elements that do not move to eliminate this phenomenon through the arrest of criminals and thieves.
Khudir emphasized: Citizens in Qamishlo city can no longer leave their transport vehicles, "cars, motorcycles, bicycles" in front of their homes or on the street. Thieves remove car batteries and everything they can remove, and they steal bicycles and motorcycles easily.
Khudir added: If the situation continues in this way, armed robberies will occur against civilians, and the citizen is powerless and unable to protect himself, and the Asayish has not arrested a single person yet who committed the thefts.
