The death of the Syrian Journalist, Maha Al-Khatib, in Germany
ARK News.. Syrian female journalist, on Monday, May 11, 2020, lost her life in the German city of Hamburg, due to cancer.
Syrian activists mourned the death of the young media figure, Maha Al-Khatib, following her cancer.
The local sources said: "She submitted her resignation from the" Al-Alam "news channel, after the pressures exerted by the channel's management towards her because of her position regarding what is happening in Syria.
The sources continued that the resignation decision came: "because she objected to the editorial policy that the channel operates on covering events in Syria, where" Al-Khatib "stood in the face of those falsehoods and false news that the channel seeks to broadcast."
The journalist Maha Al-Khatib, born in Aleppo, is married and has two children.
