Turkish-backed militia shoot two displaced young men in Afrin
ARK News.. SOHR said that a group of members of Turkish-backed “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiya” opened fire on two young men displaced from Eastern Ghouta to Afrin, seriously injuring them.
On April 25, SOHR reported that a military group affiliated with “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” stormed this afternoon the center of Buhar Organization near the cultural center in Afrin, beating the director of the center, expelling employees from the building and destroying its contents.
On April 24, Syrian Observatory also reported that Turkish-backed factions stormed civilian houses in Afrin city and the towns of Mabata and Shiye, arresting several persons, but no charges were brought against them.
This campaign comes as a part of arbitrary practices by the Turkish forces and their proxies against the Kurdish people of the region.
