Afrin.. An unidentified armed group (bandits) kidnapped a Kurdish citizen
ARK News.. A Human Rights Organization working to document violations in the Kurdish region of Afrin reported on its main page of Facebook, on 24.03.2020, that in light of the chaos, security chaos and corruption prevailing in the Kurdish region of Afrin and its towns and villages as a result of the policy targeted by the Turkish government and its military forces accompanying the militias loyal to it, they are still continuing to create an atmosphere of intimidation and kidnapping of civilians in order to collect ransom among the indigenous population of the region from the sons of Kurdish people.
The Human Rights Organization in Afrin said its report that unidentified armed group (bandits), on Monday 23.03.2020, kidnapped the Kurdish citizen Radhwan Hanan Hassan, nicknamed "Abu Hanan" near his house located next to Abu Imad bakery in Afrin city center and took him to an unknown destination without knowing his fate until now and, despite the complaint being submitted by his sons to the Turkish Civil Police and Intelligence, they did not take the necessary measures to follow up on the matter. Note that the area from which he was kidnapped is under the control of the Sultan Murad faction.
The Organization added that a group of militia belonging to Faylaq Al Sham dominated the southern villages of the Afrin river (Derbalute - Mulla Khalila - Iskan - Shadire - Ghazawiya - Tal Salour) and their relatives of the shepherd settlers on Monday evening, on 23/03/2020 to hit the child Diyar Essam Barakat who is 15 years old from the village of Kafr Zitte, which is controlled by the Hamzat faction, while he was guarding his field planted with wheat in the south bank of Afrin river to prevent herders from grazing their livestock, whether they are settlers or herders from the people of the village (Kafr Zitte) and the neighboring villages, but he was beaten by them, which led to wounds to his head, and he was transferred due to the harsh beating to the nearest medical center.
