Tense calm prevails in the “de-escalation zone” as new ceasefire enters its sixth day

ARK News.. SOHR said that tense calm prevailing the area of “Putin – Erdogan”, stretching from the north-eastern mountains of Lattakia, to the north-western suburbs of Aleppo city passing through both Hama and Idlib, over the first nine hours of the new ceasefire’s sixth consecutive day. While aerial operations are suspended completely.

The Observatory added that regime forces lifted dirt barricades near the junction in Kafriya village, which were put on Aleppo – Latakia international highway (M4) in 2012, in preparation for running Turkey – Russia patrols and opening the highway towards Aleppo. Other barricades on the highway are being lift clearing the way towards Ain Al-Hur in Latakia countryside near the administrative border with Idlib.
