ARK News.. A Syrian Kurdish familiar source with the matter said, on Monday, that Russia has asked the Democratic Union Party (PYD) to transfer the displaced Kurds from the Kurdish Afrin and those currently residing in the Al-Shahba camps in the northern countryside of Aleppo to the province of Raqqa.
The source explained to (BasNews), that "Russia asked the PYD to forcibly transfer the displaced Kurds from Afrin and those currently residing in the Shahba regions, to Raqqa, according to the terms of the secret supplement that was signed between the Russian and Turkish presidents in Moscow recently."
The source added, "this will be in exchange for Turkey allowing the regime to open the road between Aleppo and Latakia, as well as other concessions."
The source did not rule out that the transfer of the displaced Kurds would be a prelude to a new Turkish operation in new areas under the control of SDF, whether in the west or the east of the Euphrates.

He added, "There is no information on a Russian request like this, and if it exists, it will not be accepted."
And Mustafa added, "If Russia takes such a decision, it can send its soldiers and destroy the tents of the displaced and send them to Raqqa."
"We are committed to the right of the people of Afrin to return to their areas and their villages and with their full dignity," stressed Dara Mustafa, a member of PYD's foreign relations.
