Israeli strikes targeting the regime's military sites

ARK News.. A Syrian regime soldier was killed and four others wounded in shelling of Israeli warplanes on a regime army airport in Homs and another site in Quneitra.

Sources close to that revealed that a soldier was killed and three others were wounded in an Israeli bombing on Al-Shu’aytat airport, southeast of Homs.

The sources added that the Syrian regime's air defense units dropped 5 missiles, while 3 of them arrived at the airport.

On the other hand, media outlets affiliated with the regime stated that the air defenses confronted "hostile targets" in the sky of Homs city.

In the Quneitra governorate in southern Syria, the sources said that a regime army position in the Al-Tallol Al-Humr area targeted four missiles, during which a Syrian soldier was wounded.

Israeli aircrafts often target military sites where military officials from the Iranian Revolutionary Guard or from the Lebanese Hezbollah guerrilla group are holed up.

Last month, 12 pro-Iranian forces were killed in the Israeli bombardment, which targeted at night sites near Damascus and in southern Syria.

Since the outbreak of the conflict in Syria in 2011, the Israeli army has launched a series of raids on Syrian territory targeting in particular Iranian targets and groups loyal to Tehran, which support Damascus.
