Dr. Abdul Hakim Bashar reveals the basic conditions for a unity of position between the ENKS and the PYD

The deputy chairman of the National Coalition for the Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces revealed the conditions that must be met to achieve the unity of the Kurdish position and the arrangement of the Kurdish house, and emphasized that the meeting with officials of countries that have a role in Syria is one of the strategies of the Kurdish National Council in Syria.

During his participation in the program "Nû Roja Dostan", which is broadcast on the screen of Rudaw at exactly seven in the morning, Dr. Abdul Hakim Bashar, a member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, said: All the leaders of the PYD and the QSD struggle at night, during the day to hold meetings with Turkish officials much lower than the Foreign Minister, and the recent meeting of the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council with Mevlut Jawish oglu came within the framework of the strategy of the Kurdish National Council in holding meetings with officials of countries that have a major role in resolving the Syrian crisis.

On the unity of the Kurdish position and the initiatives proposed at the present time, the deputy chairman of the National Coalition for the Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces stressed that to achieve the unity of the situation and the arrangement of the Kurdish house, three conditions must be met:

1- Confidence.. This is because the PYD has committed many violations, there are many Kurdish militants who have been liquidated by the PYD militants and there are dozens of Kurdish detainees in their prisons until now, their fate is unknown, and the PYD refuses to reveal their fate, and because of what was presented to the PYD it provides a platform to restore the confidence it lost.

2- The political identity.. The ENKS and the PYD must define their political identity, as the Kurdish National Council is known to everyone “an independent political force, struggling to establish the rights of the Kurds in a future Syria,” and the question here is what is the definition of the political identity of the PYD.

3- The political project.. The Kurdish National Council in Syria is working to form a federal democratic state in Syria, and the Kurds will have a federation of its own and the ENKS sees itself as part of the Syrian revolution and opposition, and what is the political project of the PYD?

Dr. Abdul Hakim Bashar, a member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, added that since the establishment of the Kurdish National Council, it worked for the unity of the position of the Kurdish parties, and the evidence for this is when the Kurdish National Council was established in Syria, all parties rushed to work under the umbrella of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, but the PYD has set obstacles and incapacitating conditions for action and alliance with the Kurdish parties that have joined the ENKS.
