Kamiran Hajo: Pretexts must end which invoked by Turkey

Kamiran Hajo, the head of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Kurdish National Council in Syria said that the pretexts that Turkey invokes should be ended in order to prevent the return of war in Syrian Kurdistan.

Hajo said during an interview with the satellite channel "K24" on Sunday 27.10.2019 that "if SDF is not withdrawn, the pretexts of Turkey will remain and the war will continue. If the war continues, there will be military and demographic casualties.., we must all stand responsible for our people".

He added, "Turkey considers SDF is a source of danger even intentionally America was not prepared to sacrifice their interests for them. "

Regarding the role of the ENKS in the current circumstances, Kamiran Hajo said that as a council they have several external contacts with various countries such as Germany, Russia, France and America, and that their goal is to protect the people so as not to become "an offering to the political Bazars", and stop the fighting, prevent demographic change and stabilize the rights of Kurds in the new Syrian constitution.
