ARK News: An official from the Democratic Union Party the (PYD) has granted the President of the Peasants' Union of the Assad regime called "Diyab Abdul Karim al-Karim " a document in which he can perform his duties in the areas controlled by the militia, comfortably and without objection from their military checkpoints.
Activists in the network of "Khabour" said that the security branches of the regime entrusted to the so-called "Karim" the task of revitalizing Agricultural Associations through field visits in all cities of the province controlled by the PYD.
PYD militants control most of Hasaka province, but the Assad regime still controls the security square in Hasaka, Qamishlo, and some neighborhoods, in addition to the presence of military units in Kawkab, Tartap and Qamishlo airport.
