Abdul Hakim Bashar: Whoever demands the removal of the PKK organization from the international terrorism list should pay attention to resolving its aggravating problems
ARK News… The deputy head of the National Coalition, Abdul Hakim Bashar, confirmed that the parties demanding the removal of the name of the PKK organization from the international terrorism list are part of that system or a real extension of it, surprising that the demand from Syrians against a non-Syrian organization in the first place.
Bashar's statements came in response to the project that is being marketed in the areas east of the Euphrates by putting pressure on civil society organizations to sign a petition calling on the international community to remove the name of the PKK organization from the international “terror list.”
Bashar denounced that Syrian personalities and civil organizations demanded to remove the name of a non-Syrian organization, such as the PKK organization, from the list of the United States and the European Union for “terror.”
Abdul Hakim pointed out that those who carry out this campaign or participate in it have enough security and living problems that threaten their existence, their families, and their stability, and they had to ask the aforementioned organization not to interfere in the affairs of the Syrian Kurds, and they had to invite the aforementioned organization to leave Syria, not to work to establish the feet of this organization through such calls.
Abdul Hakim indicated that due to the practices of the PKK members in Syria and their failed policy in managing the region, in recent days, more than 1,200 Syrian Kurdish citizens left as refugees to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq due to the bad economic situation and the lack of security stability they suffer from.
The Vice head stressed that instead of calling for the name of the aforementioned organization to be removed from the list of terrorism, those figures should think seriously about the suffering of the people in their areas, after the PKK organization and its tools, such as the youth of the organization called “,” caused many problems in the region and their quest to use the Syrian Kurds for foreign and hostile agendas. Neighboring countries, including tampering with the bridge of the Semalka border crossing and removing parts of it, which caused its disruption and the closure of the crossing with the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
