منذ بداية شهر آذار.. مقتل نحو 30 شخصا جراء انفجار مخلفات الحرب في سوريا
أفادت مصدر حقوقي سوري أن نحو 30 شخصا فقدوا حياتهم جراء انفجار مخلفات الحرب خلال شهر آذار الجاري في عموم سوريا.
قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان إن المناطق السورية التي عانت من آثار الحرب تشهد معاناة مستمرة جراء مخلفات الحرب، فقد ارتفعت حصيلة الضحايا المدنيين، خاصة في مناطق ريفية وبدوية، منذ بداية شهر آذار الجاري، حيث فقد 26 شخصاً بينهم 6 أطفال حياتهم. بينما أصيب العديد من المدنيين بجروح متفاوتة.
وحسب المصدر، تشمل الحوادث انفجارات ألغام في مناطق سيطرة الحكومة السورية، بالإضافة إلى مناطق تحت سيطرة الجيش الوطني شمالي سوريا، حيث وتفاقم مخلفات الحرب معاناة المدنيين الذين يواجهون مخاطر مستمرة من هذه المخلفات، وسط تقاعس دولي عن إزالتها.

EU Calls for Respect for Syria’s Sovereignty, Unity, and Territorial Integrity
ARK News.. The European Union has condemned the attacks by remnants of the ousted Assad regime on army and security forces in Syria’s coastal region, urging all external parties to respect the country’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
Anita Heber, the EU’s spokesperson for foreign affairs and security policy, stated on Saturday March 8, 2025: "The European Union strongly condemns the recent attacks on the interim government’s forces, reportedly carried out by elements of the Assad regime in the Syrian coastal region, as well as the violence against civilians," according to Anadolu Agency.
The statement emphasized the need to protect civilians under all circumstances, in full compliance with international humanitarian law.
The EU also called on all external actors to "fully respect Syria’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity," stressing its rejection of any attempts that threaten stability and a lasting peaceful transition in the country.

منذ 6 آذار.. مقتل أكثر من 1300 شخص في الساحل السوري
كشف مصدر حقوقي سوري أن أكثر من (1) ألف شخص قتلوا في الساحل السوري منذ اندلاع الاشتباكات بين فلول بشار الأسد والقوات الأمنية السورية.
قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان اليوم الإثنين 10 آذار 2025، إن العدد الإجمالي للقتلى والشهداء من مدنيين وعسكريين ارتفع إلى 1311، خلال العملية الأمنية التي جاءت ردا على هجمات المسلحين العلويين على قوى الأمن يوم الخميس 6 آذار.
وأضاف المصدر القتلى هم (231 من قوى الأمن وعناصر وزارة الدفاع و250 من المسلحين العلويين (فلول الأسد).
وحسب المصدر أن 830 مدني قتلوا نتيجة عمليات التصفية منذ اندلاع الهجمات ضد القوى الأمنية والعسكرية يوم الخميس 6 آذار.

Israeli Army Advances Again in Rural Daraa and Quneitra
ARK.. Israeli military forces have once again advanced into rural areas of Daraa and Quneitra, entering former Syrian military sites and villages amid local speculation that the operation aims to search for weapons.
According to the local news network Daraa 24, an Israeli force entered the village of Jamlah in the Yarmouk Basin, western rural Daraa, late on Saturday night, conducting searches believed to be focused on locating weapons.
This marks the second such incursion within 24 hours. On Friday, another Israeli force reportedly entered the same village, remaining for several hours before withdrawing.
The Israeli movement also extended to the village of Sa’sa’ and its former military site.
Meanwhile, in central rural Quneitra, Israeli forces advanced into the village of Rasm al-Halabi, where they entered a former military site and carried out excavation operations before later withdrawing.

International Red Cross Calls for Safe Access to Syria’s Coastal Region
ARK News.. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) expressed, on Sunday, March 9, 2025, deep concern over reports of escalating violence in Syria’s coastal region, particularly in Latakia and Tartous provinces, which has resulted in numerous casualties.
In a statement, the ICRC urged all involved parties to take necessary measures to ensure the protection of civilians and their property, as well as to guarantee the safe passage of those fleeing ongoing violence. The organization also emphasized the need for unhindered access to healthcare and the protection of medical facilities.
Additionally, the committee called for the safe access of paramedics and humanitarian workers to deliver medical aid and facilitate the evacuation of the wounded and deceased.
The ICRC further stressed the importance of ensuring the humane treatment of all detainees, respecting their dignity, and safeguarding essential infrastructure that provides water and electricity to the population.

الدفاع السورية تعلن انتهاء "العملية العسكرية" في الساحل السوري
أعلن المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع السورية انتهاء "العملية العسكرية" في غرب البلاد، بعد أيام من تصعيد دام في منطقة الساحل.
بحسب ما نقلت عنه وكالة الأنباء الرسمية السورية سانا، قال حسن عبد الغني المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع السورية اليوم الإثنين 10 آذار 2025: "نعلن انتهاء العملية العسكرية" بعد "نجاح قواتنا ...في تحقيق جميع الأهداف المحددة" لها.
وأضاف عبدالغني: "تمكنا...من امتصاص هجمات فلول النظام البائد وضباطه، وحطمنا عنصر مفاجأتهم وتمكنا من إبعادهم عن المراكز الحيوية".
وبدأ التوتر يوم الخميس الماضي في قرية ذات غالبية علويّة في ريف محافظة اللاذقية الساحلية على خلفية توقيف قوات الأمن لمطلوب، وما لبث أن تطوّر الأمر إلى اشتباكات بعد إطلاق مسلّحين علويين النار، وفق المرصد السوري الذي تحدث منذ ذلك الحين عن حصول عمليات "إعدام" طالت المدنيين العلويين.

Military Reinforcements Arrive at an International Coalition Base in Northern Hasaka
ARK News.. As part of its efforts to strengthen its military presence in Syria, the International Coalition has deployed reinforcements to one of its bases in northern rural Hasaka.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a military convoy belonging to the International Coalition—consisting of 24 trucks loaded with fuel tankers, sealed containers, and military and logistical supplies—arrived at the Qasrek base in northern Al-Hasaka countryside.
Additionally, the source reported that the coalition deployed two military cargo planes, accompanied by military helicopters, to the Kharab al-Jir base in the Rmelan countryside, north of Hasaka, shortly after midnight on Friday-Saturday.

Dozens of Students from Hasaka Stranded in Latakia
ARK News.. Dozens of students from Hasaka province have been stranded in the city of Latakia due to security operations carried out by government forces in Damascus and the recent violent clashes that have shaken the city.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, authorities have closed all roads leading out of Latakia, preventing students from returning to their homes in Hasaka. As a result, they are now trapped in the city amid water and electricity shortages, as well as the suspension of university classes due to the ongoing security tensions.
In response, the students have appealed—via the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights—to the relevant authorities in Al-Hasaka to arrange buses for their transport and facilitate their return home. They have also called on the new Syrian administration in Damascus to secure safe passage until the situation in Latakia stabilizes.
The current circumstances pose a significant challenge for the stranded students, who are facing harsh conditions and a lack of viable solutions to ensure their safety or return to their hometowns.

The twelfth anniversary of Burj Abdalo massacre in Afrin
ARK News: On the twelfth anniversary of the massacre of Burj Abdalo, which was committed by the PYD gunmen, in the village of Burj Abdalo of the Kurdish city center of Afrin, which martyred four civilians from the village, and the PYD had arrested 90 people against the background of the massacre and one of the victims of the massacre martyred after being tortured in one of its prisons, which they were considered the Kurdish flag martyrs.

The perpetrator of the massacre of Burj Abdalo village past eleven years ago which martyred each of the elderly, Abdo Jimo Hassan, Alaa Khalil Hasan, Kawa Khalid Hussein and the child Ammar Nabo Hassan, and were considered the Kurdish flag martyrs.
In addition to the martyrdom of four members of the Sheikho family from Shiye town: Walid Jamil Sheikho, Zakaria Jamil, Idris Sheikho 18/07/2013 and Jawhar Ahmed.
In addition, the PYD raided the village of Cheqilma of Rajo town and killed the young man, Sharvan Saydo, as a martyr, 17/03/2013. In addition to the martyrdom of Hanan Hamdoush under torture 2014.
The PYD also set fire to the tent of three elderly people 20/12/2016 Abdo Habash, Izzat Muhammad Khalil and Mohsen Muhammad Khalil after they had taken them to forced conscription.
The PYD massacres were not limited to Afrin only, but also included other regions. In Amouda a massacre was committed on 27/06/2016, the mass of seven civilians in Amouda: Barzani Qarnu, Ali Randa, Sheikhmous Muhammad Ali, Syed Abdul Baqi Sida and Hussein Shaker Nader and Mohamed Khilo and Aras Banko.
Also, in Kobani, on 11/11/2012, the child was martyred, Walat Hasi was martyred on their hands, and the PYD committed a massacre in Tel Ghazal under false pretenses in 2013, in which a number of the town's civilians were killed.
In the city of Qamishlo, a massacre was committed on 10/1/2012 against a Badro family, in which three brothers Ammar, Ahmed, and Nidal were killed in the massacre.
In addition to the aforementioned massacre, there are many massacres committed against the Kurds, far from documenting by the media and the eyes of activists, and the fingers of accusation are directed at the PYD in targeting Kurdish leaders and activists, such as the martyrdom of the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Surya Nasraddin Barhik, Mish’al Tammo, Mahmoud Wali and Jiwan Qatina, Dr. Sherzad and others.
During the past years of the Syrian war since 2011, the massacres remain a black page in the history of the PYD, and the perpetrators and killers are still being released and having fun without trial and judgment. The PYD has not even offered an apology, at least to the martyrs and their families, and to admit to the guilt it committed against the Kurds in Syrian Kurdistan.

في إطار تعزيز قواعدها في سوريا، استقدم التحالف الدولي تعزيزات عسكرية إلى قاعدة لها في ريف الحسكة الشمالي.
قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان إن رتلا عسكريا تابعا لقوات التحالف الدولي يتألف من 24 شاحنة محملة بصهاريج وقود وصناديق مغلقة ومواد عسكرية ولوجستية، وصل إلى قاعدة قسرك في ريف الحسكة الشمالي.
وأضاف المصدر أن قوات التحالف الدولي استقدمت طائرتي شحن عسكريتين برفقة مروحيات عسكرية إلى قاعدة خراب الجير بريف رميلان شمال الحسكة، بعد منتصف ليلة الجمعة – السبت.
