استهدف الطيران الإسرائيلي، اليوم الخميس 13 آذار 2025، مبنىً سكنياً في مشروع دمر بالعاصمة السورية دمشق.
وفق موقع صوت العاصمة أن إسرائيل قالت أن المبنى المستهدف في مشروع دمر بدمشق يحوي مقراً لحركة الجـهاد الإسلامي. وهو حي تقيم فيه قيادات فلسطينية
وأضاف المصدر أن 8 جرحة سقطوا كحصيلة أولية جراء الغارة التي استهدفت مشروع دمر.

ألمانيا تشهد تنظيم أكبر احتفال بعيد نوروز
أعلن اتحاد جالية كوردستان والمجتمع الكوردي العام في ألمانيا عن تنظيم أكبر احتفال بعيد نوروز في البلاد، تحت شعار "كتفاً بكتف وقلباً بقلب من أجل الوحدة في كوردستان سوريا"، وذلك في مدينة كولونيا يوم 22 آذار 2025.
حسب ما تم إعلانه سيشهد الحفل مشاركة نخبة من الفنانين الكورد المشهورين، من بينهم: شفان برور، آلند حازم، شريف عمري، هاني مجتهدي، أيوب علي، نازدار، خبات دهوكي، آزاد فقي، هژال إيلاني، وأمين نادر. وأكد الاتحاد أن الدخول مجاني لجميع الكورد في المهجر، ولن يتم بيع تذاكر لهذا الحدث.
وفي سياق الاحتفالات بعيد نوروز، أعلن الاتحاد عن تنظيم فعالية مماثلة بالتعاون مع لجنة كوردستان في جورجيا، ستقام في العاصمة تبليسي يوم 7 نيسان 2025، بمشاركة مجموعة من الفنانين، من بينهم: سفدين خلات، شيرين ولات، حميد، ميكائيل كولو، وخيرو عباس.
يُعد عيد نوروز رمزاً للهوية الثقافية الكوردية، ويشكل هذا الاحتفال فرصة لتعزيز الوحدة والتضامن بين أبناء الجالية الكوردية في المهجر.

كندا تعتزم تخفيف عقوباتها المالية على سوريا
أعلنت كندا عزمها على تخفيف عقوباتها المالية على سوريا وتعيين سفيرتها في بيروت سفيرة غير مقيمة في دمشق، مندّدة من جهة ثانية بالفظائع التي ارتُكبت في الأيام الأخيرة في غرب البلاد بحقّ مئات المدنيين من الأقليّة العلوية.
قال المبعوث الكندي الخاص إلى سوريا، عمر الغبرة، إنّه "يمكن لكندا أن تؤدّي دورا فاعلا في تمكين السوريين من بناء دولة جامعة تحترم جميع مواطنيها".
وأضاف "يمكننا أيضا المساعدة في منع سوريا من الوقوع في الفوضى وعدم الاستقرار".
وقالت وزارة الخارجية الكندية في بيان إنّه سيتم تخفيف العقوبات "للسماح بإرسال أموال عبر بعض البنوك في البلاد، مثل البنك المركزي السوري".
وأضاف البيان أنّ السفيرة الكندية في لبنان ستيفاني ماكولوم ستتولى مهمة إضافية إذ تمّ تعيينها أيضا سفيرة غير مقيمة لدى سوريا.
وعلى غرار دول غربية عديدة أخرى، كانت كندا تفرض عقوبات مشدّدة على حكومة الرئيس المخلوع بشار الأسد.
وبحسب بيان وزارة الخارجية الكندية فإنّ "هذه العقوبات استُخدمت كأداة ضد نظام الأسد، وتخفيفها سيساعد على تمكين إيصال المساعدات بشكل مستقر ومستدام، ودعم جهود إعادة التنمية المحلية، والمساهمة في تعافي سوريا السريع".

Impending Agreement Between Damascus Authorities and Druze in Sweida
ARK News.. Arab media sources have revealed that, following the agreement signed on Monday between Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa and the Commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), Mazloum Abdi, another deal is expected to be finalized soon between authorities in Damascus and the Druze community in Sweida.
According to exclusive information obtained by Al Arabiya, the agreement will allow Syrian security forces to enter Sweida and reactivate state institutions in the province, with administration managed by local Druze residents.
Additionally, the deal will open employment opportunities for Sweida residents in state institutions and allow locals to volunteer in the Ministry of Defense and General Security.
The agreement, according to sources, will permit General Security to establish a presence across all areas of Sweida and take control of police stations and security centers, in coordination with factions led by Sheikh Laith Al-Balaouz and Sheikh Suleiman Abdel-Baqi—two of the most influential figures in the province and strong supporters of the new Syrian administration.
Furthermore, the agreement underscores the commitment to respecting the Druze community as an integral part of the Syrian people.

Human Rights Watch Calls for Prosecution of Execution Perpetrators in Syria’s Coastal Region
ARK News.. Human Rights Watch has urged Syrian authorities to expedite the prosecution of those responsible for recent field executions in Syria’s coastal region, which resulted in hundreds of deaths.
Adam Coogle, Deputy Director for the Middle East and North Africa at the organization, stated: "Reports indicate grave violations on a shocking scale against Syrians, most of whom are Alawites, in the coastal region and other parts of Syria."
Coogle emphasized that "government measures to protect civilians and prosecute those responsible for indiscriminate shootings, field executions, and other serious crimes must be swift and decisive."
He further stressed that "justice is not real if it is applied selectively. Accountability must extend to all human rights violators, regardless of their past or present affiliations."
In its report, Human Rights Watch highlighted that "the violence in Syria’s coastal region underscores the urgent need for justice and accountability for atrocities. This process must include all parties, including Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham and the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army, which now constitute Syria’s new security forces."
The organization pointed out that these groups have "a documented history of human rights violations and breaches of international law."
Furthermore, it emphasized that "justice efforts should address both past and ongoing violations, ensuring that perpetrators are held accountable and victims receive redress."
The rights group also called on Syria’s new leadership to "fully cooperate with independent monitors, including the International, Impartial and Independent Mechanism (IIIM) for Syria and the UN Commission of Inquiry on Syria, by granting them unrestricted access."
Finally, the report stressed the necessity of "comprehensive security sector reform, including restructuring Syria’s new military and security forces," and implementing "rigorous vetting processes to remove individuals involved in past violations."

Israeli Army Targets Multiple Military Sites in Rural Damascus
ARK News.. A Syrian human rights source reported that the Israeli army targeted several military sites in the Qatana area of rural Damascus.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Israeli warplanes carried out multiple airstrikes on former military positions of the defunct regime in the Qatana region of the Syrian capital. No information has yet been released regarding casualties or the extent of material damage.
The Observatory noted that since the beginning of 2025, Israeli forces have conducted 23 attacks on Syrian territory—21 of them aerial and two ground-based. These strikes have resulted in the destruction or damage of approximately 22 targets, including weapons and ammunition depots, command centers, and military vehicles. The attacks have reportedly led to the deaths of six individuals.

President Barzani: The March 11 Uprising Was a Historic Achievement and a Milestone in the Struggle of the People of Kurdistan

On the anniversary of the March 11 Agreement of 1970, President Masoud Barzani stated that the agreement was a historic achievement and a crucial milestone in the struggle of the Kurdish people under the leadership of the late Barzani. For the first time, the Iraqi government recognized part of the rights of the Kurdish people, granting them an opportunity to manage their own affairs, strengthen their language and culture, and achieve stability.

The March 11, 1970, Agreement was a historic achievement and an important milestone in the struggle of the people of Kurdistan, led by the late Barzani. For the first time, the Iraqi government recognized part of the Kurdish people's rights, providing them with an opportunity to manage their own affairs, promote their language and culture, and establish stability.
This agreement was the result of the struggles of the Peshmerga, party cadres, and all sectors of Kurdistan during the September Revolution. It contained strategic lessons that influenced later stages of Kurdistan’s liberation movement, strengthening the legitimate cause of the Kurdish people.
On the 55th anniversary of the March 11 Agreement, we extend our deepest respect to the martyrs of the September Revolution and all Kurdistan’s revolutions. We express our gratitude to the Peshmerga and the freedom fighters of the September Revolution, who, through their resilience, resistance, and iron will, achieved this historic gain for their people.

الجيش الإسرائيلي يستهدف عدة مواقع عسكرية بريف دمشق
أفاد مصدر حقوقي سوري أن الجيش الإسرائيلي استهدف عدة مواقع عسكرية في منطقة قنا بريف العاصمة السورية دمشق.
قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان إن المقاتلات الحربية الإسرائيلية شنت عدة ضربات جوية استهدفت مواقع عسكرية سابقة لقوات النظام البائد في منطقة قطنا في العاصمة دمشق، دون ورود معلومات عن خسائر بشرية وحجم الأضرار المادية حتى اللحظة.
وفق المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان أنه ومنذ مطلع العام 2025، أن القوات الإسرائيلية استهدفت 23 مرة الأراضي السورية، 21 منها جوية و2 برية ، أسفرت تلك الضربات عن إصابة وتدمير نحو 22 هدف ما بين ومستودعات للأسلحة والذخائر ومقرات ومراكز وآليات، وتسببت تلك الضربات بمقتل 6 أشخاص.

احتجاجات شعبية غير مسبوقة تجتاح عدة مدن إيرانية
تشهد إيران تصاعداً غير مسبوق في موجة الاحتجاجات الشعبية، مع تفاقم الأوضاع الاقتصادية وانهيار العملة الوطنية إلى مستويات قياسية، حيث بلغ سعر الدولار الأميركي 95,300 تومان، فيما تجاوز سعر السبيكة الذهبية 79 مليون تومان.
يأتي هذا التراجع في قيمة العملة عقب تصريحات المرشد الإيراني علي خامنئي، التي جدد فيها رفضه للمفاوضات مع الولايات المتحدة، ما أدى إلى تصاعد حالة عدم اليقين في الأسواق.
وامتدت التظاهرات إلى مختلف المدن الإيرانية، حيث شهدت تبريز، سنندج، هرمزجان، مريوان وبيجار احتجاجات واسعة لمتقاعدي شركة الاتصالات، الذين يواصلون تجمعاتهم الأسبوعية كل يوم إثنين منذ عدة أشهر.
وطالب المحتجون، بتحديث مخصصات الرعاية الاجتماعية لعامي 2022 و2023، ومعالجة مشاكل التأمين التكميلي، وصرف المستحقات السابقة وفق الأسعار الحالية.
وفي قطاع الطاقة، تظاهر عمال مصفاة بارس الجنوبية الرابعة، احتجاجاً على تدني الأجور وسوء ظروف العمل، مؤكدين أنهم يعانون من "ضعف الرواتب مقارنة بتكاليف المعيشة المتزايدة".
أما في قطاع الصحة، فقد نظم ممرضون وعاملون في مستشفى "مرداني آذر" بمدينة تبريز تجمعاً احتجاجياً، مطالبين بتحسين رواتبهم ومعالجة المشاكل المعيشية، ورفعوا شعار، "صمت كل ممرض خيانة للزميل".
وفي طهران، نظم موظفو جامعة طهران وقفة احتجاجية في شارع "16 آذار"، رفضاً لضعف الرواتب والتفاوت في زياداتها بين الأقسام المختلفة بالجامعة.
كما نظم متقدمون للوظائف في وزارة الجهاد الزراعي احتجاجاً أمام مقر منظمة شؤون التوظيف، بعد خفض عدد الوظائف المعلنة من 19 ألف فرصة عمل إلى 10 آلاف فقط، مما أدى إلى حرمان آلاف المتقدمين من فرص العمل.

اتفاق وشيك بين السلطات في دمشق والدروز في السويداء
كشفت وسائل إعلامية عربية أنه على غرار الاتفاق الذي وقّع أمس الاثنين بين الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع وقائد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية (قسد) مظلوم عبدي، يُنتظر في المستقبل القريب توقيع اتفاق آخر، بات شبه جاهز، بين السلطات في دمشق والدروز في محافظة السويداء.
بحسب معلومات خاصة لقناتي "العربية"، سيسمح هذا الاتفاق، بدخول الأجهزة الأمنية السورية إلى السويداء، وبإعادة تفعيل مؤسسات الدولة في المحافظة من قبل أبنائها الدروز.
كما وسيتيح الاتفاق فتح باب التوظيف لأبناء السويداء داخل مؤسسات الدولة المدنية، وفتح باب التطوع لأهالي السويداء في وزارة الدفاع والأمن العام.
وفق المصدر، سيسمح الاتفاق بدخول الأمن العام إلى كافة مناطق السويداء واستلام المخافر ومراكز الأجهزة الأمنية وذلك بالتنسيق مع فصائل الشيخين ليث البلعوز وسليمان عبد الباقي، وهما أقوى شخصيتين في المحافظة ومواليان للإدارة السورية الجديدة.
ويشدد الاتفاق على احترام المكون الدرزي كأحد مكونات الشعب السوري.
