International Coalition Deploys 30 Truckloads of Reinforcements to Its Bases in Deir Ez-Zour
ARK News.. A Syrian human rights source has reported that the International Coalition has delivered military reinforcements to its bases in Deir Ez-Zour.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the coalition transported military, logistical, and medical supplies, along with weaponry, amounting to approximately 30 truckloads to its bases in the Deir Ez-zour countryside.
The source added that on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the trucks departed for Hasaka after unloading their cargo, coinciding with the deployment of coalition helicopters overhead.

Confederation of the Kurdish Diaspora Expresses Gratitude
ARK News.. The President of the Confederation of the Kurdish Diaspora, Ismail Kamal, has extended his deep appreciation and gratitude to President Barzani and all those who contributed to the success of this year’s Newroz celebrations.
In an official statement, the confederation expressed special thanks to President Masoud Barzani for his unwavering support and to Shifa Barzani, the General Supervisor of the Kurdish Diaspora at the Barzani Headquarters, for his diplomatic efforts.
The message also acknowledged the contributions of the four unions under the confederation, as well as journalists and media professionals who helped amplify the voice of the Kurdish people.
Additionally, the statement recognized and appreciated the efforts of Dr. Ralf Elster, Mayor of Cologne, for his support, as well as Kurdish civil and social organizations in Germany, the Kurdische Gemeinde Deutschland, and Mr. Akif Hassan.
The confederation also expressed gratitude to the German police for ensuring the security of the celebrations, emphasizing that Newroz was a true reflection of the spirit of freedom, life, and unity among nations.

13th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of Youth Activist Jowan Qutna
ARK New.. Tuesday, March 25, 2025, marked the 13th anniversary of the martyrdom of youth activist Jowan Qutna, who was killed by PYD militants in the city of Dirbasiye, Syrian Kurdistan.
His Life, Education, and Revolutionary Activism
Jowan Qutna was born in 1990 in the village of Tal Kidish, near Dirbasiye. He was the fourth son of his late father, Mohammed Agha Qutna.
He began his primary education in 1997 at Tal Kidish Primary School, later moving to Salahuddin Middle School in Dirbasiye, where he obtained his middle school certificate in 2004. He completed his high school education in 2007, specializing in literature, and later enrolled at Tishreen University in Latakia to study Arabic literature. In early 2012, he transferred to Aleppo University to continue his studies.
Revolutionary Activism
From the onset of the Syrian revolution, Jowan Qutna actively participated in the youth movement in Dirbasiye. His growing influence as a prominent revolutionary figure within the Ahrar Dirbasiye organization led to him becoming a target of security forces. Despite the risks, he chose to stay in the city, committed to peaceful protests and determined to fight alongside his comrades to overthrow the authoritarian regime.
As a dedicated media activist, Jowan Qutna was responsible for live-streaming protests and served as the media coordinator for Ahrar Dirbasiye.
His Abduction
On the night of March 25, 2012, at 8:00 PM, while engaged in his revolutionary activities, Jowan Qutna was abducted at gunpoint by a group of four masked PYD militants. The assailants, driving a green Daewoo vehicle, forcibly took him away from his comrades and headed toward Amuda with their headlights turned off.
His Assassination
According to a statement from the Union of Kurdish Youth Coordination in Syria (Dirbasiye Coordination), Jowan Qutna was killed by PYD militants. His mutilated body was later discovered, confirming his tragic martyrdom.

Syrian Democratic Forces Expand Military Tunnel Construction
ARK News.. A Syrian media source has revealed that the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue to expand their military tunnel network in northeastern Syria, despite an agreement signed by their commander, Mazloum Abdi, with Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa to integrate the SDF into the structure of the Syrian army.
According to Syria TV, the SDF has intensified excavation efforts since late last year, particularly in Hasaka province, Kobani, and Raqqa, following the collapse of the Assad regime.
The source stated that the SDF has been constructing an extensive underground tunnel network in major cities across Hasaka province, including Hasaka, Qamishlo, Amouda, Dirbasiye, and Derik. Additionally, they have established underground command centers and ammunition depots.
Furthermore, the source indicated that large quantities of weapons previously belonging to the ousted regime have been moved by the SDF to massive underground warehouses in Hasaka and its southern countryside. Some of these weapons have reportedly been stored near U.S.-led coalition bases.
Excavation work resumed earlier this year in a tunnel that had been inactive for the past two years. The source noted that the entire city has witnessed significant expansion in tunnel construction and the establishment of new military sites over the past three months.

أفاد مصدر حقوقي سوري أن قوات التحالف الدولي استقدمت تعزيزات عسكرية إلى قواعدها في دير الزور.
قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان إن قوات التحالف الدولي استقدمت، تعزيزات عسكرية ولوجستية وطبية وأسلحة تقدر بنحو 30 شاحنة إلى قواعدها ريف دير الزور.
وبحسب المصدر غادرت الشاحنات صباح اليوم الثلاثاء 25 آذار 2025، إلى الحسكة بعد إفراغ حمولتها، تزامنا مع تحليق طيران مروحي تابع للتحالف.

تعويض مسن ياباني بـ 1.5 مليون دولار لاحتجازه بالخطأ لنحو نصف قرن
أفادت وكالة أنباء "كيودو" اليابانية، اليوم الثلاثاء 25 آذار 2025، بحصول مسن ياباني على 217 مليون ين (نحو 1.5 مليون دولار) تعويضا عن احتجازه بالخطأ لنحو نصف قرن.
وأصدرت محكمة شيزوكا الجزئية أمرا للحكومة اليابانية بدفع المبلغ لصالح إيواو هاكامادا (89 عاما)، بعد تبرئته في سبتمبر الماضي خلال إعادة محاكمته بقضية قتل أسرة من 4 أشخاص في شيزوكا وسط اليابان عام 1966.
ووفقا للفريق القانوني لهاكامادا، يعد هذا المبلغ أكبر تعويض جنائي يتم دفعه في البلاد.
يشار إلى أن القانون الياباني ينص على أن الشخص الذي يتم تبرئته يحق له الحصول على ما يصل إلى 12500 ين عن كل يوم احتجاز.
وألقي القبض لأول مرة على هاكامادا، الملاكم المحترف السابق، عام 1966، واتهم بقتل صاحب العمل الذي كان يعمل لديه، وزوجة الرجل وابنيهما.
وفي البداية اعترف هاكامادا بارتكاب الجريمة بعد استجواب استمر 20 يوما، قال إنه تعرض خلالها للضرب والتهديد، ثم تراجع عن اعترافه خلال المحاكمة.
وبعدما أمضى أكثر من 4 عقود في انتظار عقوبة الإعدام، تمت إعادة محاكمته عام 2014، إثر ظهور دليل حمض نووي شكك في إدانته.
وتم وضع هاكامادا في الحبس الانفرادي معظم فترة احتجازه، وتدهورت حالته العقلية خلال العقود التي قضاها معزولا.

قوات سوريا الديمقراطية توسع أعمال حفر الأنفاق العسكرية
كشف مصدر إعلامی سوری أن "قوات سوريا الديمقراطية" تواصل أعمال حفر الأنفاق العسكرية في مناطق شمال شرقي سوريا، رغم توقيع قائدها مظلوم عبدي اتفاقاً مع الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع يقضي بدمج "قسد" ضمن هيكلية الجيش السوري.
وفق موقع "تلفزيون سوريا"، أن قسد كثّفت أعمال الحفر منذ أواخر العام الماضي، خاصة في محافظات الحسكة، ومدينة كوباني ومدينة الرقة، بعد سقوط نظام الأسد.
وأوضح المصدر أن "قسد" شرعت في تنفيذ شبكة أنفاق واسعة ضمن المدن الكبرى في محافظة الحسكة، كالحسكة وقامشلو وعامودا والدرباسية وديرك، إضافة إلى إنشاء مقرات قيادة ومستودعات ذخيرة تحت الأرض.
وأوضح المصدر أن كميات كبيرة من الأسلحة التابعة لقوات النظام المخلوع نقلتها "قسد" إلى مستودعات ضخمة تحت الأرض في مدينة الحسكة وريفها الجنوبي، وخزن بعضها بالقرب من قواعد التحالف الدولي بقيادة الولايات المتحدة.
وأكد المصدر أن عمليات الحفر استؤنفت مطلع العام الجاري في أحد الأنفاق التي كانت متوقفة منذ عامين، لافتاً إلى أن "كامل المدينة شهد توسعاً كبيراً في بناء الأنفاق وتأسيس مواقع عسكرية جديدة خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الماضية".

سلاح الجو البريطاني ينفذ ضربة جوية في سوريا
أعلنت قوات التحالف الدولي أن القوات البريطانيا نفذت ضربة جوية في سوريا، في 25 شباط الماضي، استهدفت أحد قياديي تنظيم "داعش"،
قال بيان نشره "التحالف الدولي" إن "طائرة ريبر التابعة لسلاح الجو البريطاني نفذت، في 25 شباط الماضي، ضربة دقيقة ناجحة على إرهابي معروف من تنظيم داعش في محافظة حلب بسوريا".
وأضاف التحالف الدولي أن "الطائرة المسيرة تتبعت عن بعد الإرهابي، واشتبكت معه باستخدام صاروخ هيلفاير، عندما كان الخطر على المدنيين ضئيلاً".
وشدد "التحالف الدولي" على "التزامه المستمر بمهمته لضمان عدم عودة تنظيم داعش إلى الظهور".

بدء عودة الإنترنيت إلى عموم سوريا بالتدريج
أكدت وزارة الاتصالات في سوريا بدء عودة خدمات الإنترنت إلى عموم سوريا بالتدريج بعد انقطاعها لساعات.
انقطع الاتصال بشبكات الإنترنت المحلية في عموم سوريا بشكل مفاجئ، اليوم الثلاثاء 25 آذار 2025.
وأكد المكتب الإعلامي في وزارة الاتصالات لوكالة "سانا" السورية للأنباء "بدء عودة خدمات الإنترنت إلى عموم سوريا بالتدريج بعد انقطاعها لساعات جراء عمليات تخريب أسفرت عن انقطاع المسارين الضوئيين في منطقتي معلولا وحسياء".
وأكدت مصادر إعلامية سورية في وقت سابق أن خدمة الإنترنت توقفت في معظم المحافظات السورية.

الساحل السوري.. لجنة تقصي الحقائق تدخل 9 مواقع شهدت أعمال عنف
أعلن المتحدث باسم لجنة تقصي الحقائق في أحداث الساحل السوري ياسر الفرحان في مؤتمر صحفي اليوم الثلاثاء 25 آذار 2025، أن لجنة تقصي الحقائق في أحداث الساحل السوري دخلت 9 مواقع شهدت أعمال عنف، وعاينت مسارح الانتهاكات بشكل مباشر.
وحسب الفرحان، استمعت اللجنة لشهادات من جهات أمنية وعسكرية ومدنية في محافظة اللاذقية، كما قابلت شهود عيان في المواقع التي شهدت الاعتداءات، وسجلت 95 إفادة وفق المعايير القانونية المعتمدة.
وقال المتحدث إن اللجنة تلقت أكثر من 30 بلاغًا مرتبطًا بالأحداث، مشيرًا إلى أن فريقها الميداني التقى ممثلين عن المجتمع المدني والأهلي في اللاذقية، واطلع على رؤيتهم بشأن ما جرى.
موضحا أن اللجنة تخطط للانتقال خلال الفترة المقبلة إلى محافظات طرطوس وبانياس وحماة وإدلب، بهدف استكمال عمليات التحقق من الانتهاكات.
مؤكدا احترام اللجنة لخصوصية الشهود وعائلات الضحايا، وشدد على تقدير اللجنة لدور الإعلام في دعم الشفافية، لكنه أشار إلى أن الظروف الحالية "ليست مثالية" وتحتاج لتعاون جميع الأطراف للوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة.
