President of the Kurdistan Region Extends Greetings to Chaldeans, Assyrians, and Syriacs on Akitu Festival
ARK News.. The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, extended his warmest congratulations, on Tuesday to the Chaldean, Assyrian, and Syriac communities in Kurdistan, Iraq, and around the world on the occasion of the Babylonian-Assyrian New Year 6775 and the Akitu celebrations.

"On the occasion of the Babylonian-Assyrian New Year 6775 and the Akitu celebrations, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to our dear Chaldean, Assyrian, and Syriac citizens in Kurdistan, Iraq, and across the globe. I wish them a joyful and peaceful holiday.
The Akitu Festival is a deeply rooted historical occasion that highlights the rich cultural and civilizational heritage of one of the oldest communities in our region. These communities have played a significant role in shaping the civilization of this land and in preserving its diversity throughout history.
On this occasion, we reaffirm the Kurdistan Region’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding rights and freedoms and to fostering a culture of pluralism, peaceful coexistence, tolerance, and mutual respect among all religious and ethnic communities in Kurdistan.

Israeli Broadcasting Authority: Ahmad al-Sharaa Working to Undermine Israel’s Security
ARK News.. Israel’s state-run broadcasting authority has reported growing concern in Tel Aviv over Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa, accusing him of "working to undermine Israel’s security."
On Tuesday, April 1, 2025, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority quoted an unnamed security source who described President al-Sharaa as leading a "worrying agenda," labeling him "an Islamist in a suit, a hardline enemy rather than a partner for dialogue."
The source further claimed that Israel views al-Sharaa as "an adversary attempting to project a new image to the West while simultaneously working to destabilize Israel’s security."
The report alleged that al-Sharaa had released all Hamas and Islamic Jihad members who were imprisoned under Bashar al-Assad’s rule, some of whom have since become actively involved in operations against Israel.
According to the Israeli Broadcasting Authority, Iran is now searching for ways to maintain its presence in Syria following the fall of the Assad regime, with one strategy being its support for Hamas and Islamic Jihad cells within the country.
The report also mentioned comments by Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz regarding last month’s violent unrest along Syria’s coastline, claiming that President Al-Sharaa "has revealed his true face after shedding his disguise."

U.S.: New Authorities in Syria Must Adhere to Key Conditions
ARK News.. The United States has expressed hope that the announcement of Syria’s new government will mark a step toward building an "inclusive and representative Syria," emphasizing that the interim authorities must meet a set of essential conditions.
During a press conference, U.S. State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce acknowledged the suffering endured by the Syrian people for decades under the "authoritarian and oppressive rule" of the Assad regime. She expressed hope that the formation of the new government would signal a positive shift toward broader representation of all segments of Syrian society.
Bruce stressed that the interim Syrian authorities must "reject terrorism in all its forms," exclude foreign fighters from holding any official roles, and prevent Iran and its proxies from exploiting Syrian territory.
Furthermore, she urged the new government to take verifiable steps to dismantle the chemical weapons arsenal previously controlled by the ousted regime and to contribute to uncovering the fate of missing Americans and other foreign nationals in Syria.

Syrian Democratic Forces Abduct a Minor from a Village in Rural Kobani
ARK News.. The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue their policy of intimidating children, depriving them of their childhood, and forcing them into mandatory recruitment camps in areas under their control. In a recent incident, they abducted a minor from a village near the city of Kobani.
A confidential source told ARK News that militants from the Revolutionary Youth Movement affiliated with the SDF, abducted 15-year-old Ibrahim Khalil Hamik from the village of Baghdike, east of Kobani in Syrian Kurdistan.
The source added that the child's family is urgently appealing to Mazloum Abdi, the Commander of the SDF, as well as human rights organizations, to intervene and ensure his safe return.
Despite Mazloum Abdi signing an action plan with Virginia Gamba, the UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, to end and prevent the recruitment of minors under the age of 18 in military operations, the practice of enlisting children in armed conflict continues unabated.

أفاد مصدر حقوقي سوري أن القوات الإسرائيلية دراجات نارية لمواطنين من قرية تابعة للقنيطرة.
قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان إن القوات الإسرائيلية صادرت 5 دراجات نارية في قرية سد المنطرة بريف القنيطرة، كان على متنها 10 شبان وصلوا إلى منتزه السد، كما تم توثيق بيانات الشبان والتقاط صور فردية لكل منهم.
وحسب المصدر أن أي مركبة تصل إلى المنطقة يتم مصادرتها من قبل القوات الإسرائيلية، في إطار إجراءات مشددة تفرضها في المنطقة.

بوتين يستدعي 160 شابا للخدمة العسكرية على خلفية الحرب ضد أوكرانيا
أعلنت الحكومة الروسية، اليوم الثلاثاء 1 نيسان 2025، عن صدور مرسوم رئاسي من الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، باستدعاء 160 ألف شاب للخدمة العسكرية على خلفية الحرب ضد أوكرانيا.
ووفقا للمرسوم الرئاسي ذي الصلة الصادر يوم الإثنين 31 آذار 2025، فإنه من المقرر تجنيد الشباب الروس الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و30 عاما بحلول منتصف تموز المقبل.
يشار إلى أن هذا هو أكبر عدد من المجندين منذ أن بدأ الكرملين التركيز بشكل أكبر على الجنود المحترفين والخدمة القصيرة كجزء من إصلاح الجيش منذ عام 2012.
وأعلنت هيئة الأركان العامة أن روسيا تعتمد في حملة التجنيد الإجباري هذه على قاعدة بيانات إلكترونية مركزية.
ورغم ذلك، لم تتوقف مكاتب التعبئة في المقاطعات عن إرسال إشعارات الاستدعاء المطبوعة، والتي سيستمر إرسالها إلى العناوين المسجلة.

ترامب يبدأ زيارة إلى الشرق الأوسط اعتبارا من الشهر المقبل
أعلن الرئيس الأميركي، أنّه قد يزور السعودية اعتبارا من الشهر المقبل، في ما ستصبح أول زيارة خارجية له منذ عودته إلى السلطة في 20 كانون الثاني2025.
قال الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب للصحفيين في البيت الأبيض إنّ الزيارة "قد تتمّ الشهر المقبل، أو ربّما بعد ذلك بقليل. و سنزور قطر أيضا، وربّما بضع دول أخرى".
وأضاف الرئيس الأمريكي أن "الإمارات العربية المتّحدة مهمّة جدا… لذا سنتوقّف حتما في الإمارات وقطر".

هاكان فيدان يزور فرنسا والملف السوري في مقدمة المناقشات
يجري وزير الخارجية التركي، هاكان فيدان، زيارة رسمية إلى فرنسا يوم غد الأربعاء 2 نيسان 2025، يلتقي خلالها نظيره الفرنسي جان نويل بارو، حيث من المقرر أن تتناول المباحثات عدداً من القضايا الثنائية والإقليمية والدولية، وفي مقدمتها الملف السوري.
قالت مصادر في وزارة الخارجية التركية، اليوم الثلاثاء 1 نيسان 2025، إن فيدان سيؤكد خلال الزيارة على "زيادة الانخراط مع الإدارة الجديدة في سوريا، وأهمية رفع العقوبات المفروضة على دمشق بشكل كامل، بهدف ضمان استقرار البلاد".
وإلى جانب الملف السوري، سيبحث فيدان مع بارو العلاقات الثنائية والعلاقات التركية الأوروبية، بالإضافة إلى ملفات أمن أوروبا، والحرب الروسية الأوكرانية، والتطورات في غزة.

قوات سوریا الدیمقراطية تختطف قاصرا من قرية بريف كوباني
تستمر قوات سوريا الديمقراطية في سياسة ترهيب الأطفال وسلب طفولتهم والزج بهم في معسكرات التجنيد الإجباري في المناطق التي تسيطر عليها، إذ اختطفت قاصرا في قرية تابعة لمدينة كوباني.
قال مصدر خاص لموقع آرك نيوز، إن مسلحي حركة الشبيبة الثورية (جوانين شورشكر) التابعة لقوات سوريا الديمقراطية اختطفوا القاصر " إبراهيم خليل همك" (15 عاما) من قرية بغديك شرقي كوباني بكوردستان سوريا.
وأضاف المصدر أن ذوي الطفل يناشدون مظلوم عبدي قائد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية، وكذلك المنظمات الحقوقية للتدخل وإعادته إلى عائلته.
رغم توقيع مظلوم كوباني قائد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية خطة عمل مع فرجينيا غامبا ممثلة الأمم المتحدة المعنية بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح، لإنهاء ومنع تجنيد الأطفال دون سن 18 واستخدامهم في الأعمال العسكرية، فإن زج القاصرين في المعارك وتجنيدهم ما يزال مستمراً.

انقطاع كامل للتيار الكهربائي في محافظتي درعا والسويداء
شهدت كل من محافظتي درعا والسويداء، انقطاع كامل في الكهرباء، منذ يوم أمس الإثنين 31 آذار 2025، وذلك بعد خروج خط التوتر العالي 230 ك.ف عن الخدمة، نتيجة محاولة سرقة طالت الخط الذي يربط بين محطتي الدير علي – الشيخ مسكين.
قال مصدر في شركة كهرباء درعا لشبكة درعا 24، إن العمل جارٍ حالياً على تأمين تغذية عبر خط توتر 66 ك.ف، إلا أن هذه التغذية من المتوقع أن تقتصر مبدئياً على تشغيل محطة ضخ المياه فقط، نظراً لتضرر الكابل الكهربائي المغذي لمحافظة درعا بفعل السرقة.
وتشهد محافظتي السويداء ودرعا، منذ الأمس و قبل الانقطاع الكامل، نظام تقنين قاسٍ يعتمد ساعة وصل مقابل خمس ساعات قطع.
