الناتو: ليس لدينا أي خطط لإقامة علاقات مع الحكومة السورية الجديدة
أكد مسؤول في حلف الناتو أن الحلف ليس لديه حالياً أي خطط لإقامة علاقات مع سوريا الجديدة بعد سقوط النظام السابق.
وفق قناة المملكة الأردنية، قال مسؤول كبير في حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو) إنه إذا اتخذت سوريا "الخطوات الصحيحة والشاملة" في تنفيذ الإصلاحات، وتفاعلت بشكل بنّاء مع المجتمع الدولي، وتحركت نحو نظام سياسي أكثر شمولية، فقد يتم النظر في إمكانية التعاون المستقبلي.
وشدد على أنه رغم أن هذا السيناريو غير واقعي في الوقت الحالي، إلا أنه ليس مستبعداً تماماً على المدى الطويل.
وأكد مسؤول الناتو: "لا يمكنني القول إن لدينا خططاً في الوقت الراهن، ولكن إذا حدثت التغييرات السياسية اللازمة، فقد ننظر في إمكانية التعاون في المستقبل".

أكد وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلية أن النظام الجديد في سوريا لم ينتخب ديمقراطيا، وإسرائيل قلقة من رغبة الأتراك في فرض نوع من الحماية على سوريا.
قال جدعون ساعر وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلية لصحيفة لوفيغارو الفرنسية، إنه يجب أن نكون واقعيين بشأن "النظام الجديد" في دمشق فهو لم يُنتخب ديمقراطيا، و هناك حوالي 10 آلاف "جهادي" في سوريا، نعلم أنهم يريدون فتح جبهة في الجولان.
وبين الوزير الإسرائيلي أن هدف العمليات الإسرائيلية في سوريا تعزيز أمنها ومنع بأي ثمن فتح جبهة جديدة مع إسرائيل.
وأضاف الوزير الإسرائيلي أن الاتراك يريدون فرض نوع من الحماية على البلاد، وإسرائيل قلقة من رغبتهم في التمركز عسكرياً فيها، وسط تصريحات "عدائية" لأردغان تجاه إسرائيل.

روسيا: بشار الأسد ملزم بعدم ممارسة أي نشاط سياسي أو إعلامي وتسليمه غير وارد
أكد السفير الروسي في بغداد، أن بشار الأسد رئيس النظام السوري المخلوع مُلزم بعدم ممارسة أي نشاط سياسي أو إعلامي.
خلال مقابلة مع قناة "الشرقية" العراقية، قال ألبروي كوتراشيف، السفير الروسي في بغداد إن رئيس النظام المخلوع، بشار الأسد، يملك حق اللجوء في موسكو، لكنه مُلزم بعدم ممارسة أي نشاط سياسي أو إعلامي.
وأوضح كوتراشيف، أن تسليم روسيا للأسد غير وارد، مشدداً على أن روسيا لا تشارك في مثل هذه الصفقات.
كما أشار إلى أن سقوط الأسد لم يكن نتيجة لموقف روسي أو إيراني، بل بسبب الأوضاع الداخلية في سوريا، وطبيعة سياسات النظام نفسه.

نيجيرفان بارزاني: الإبادة الجماعية للكورد الفيليين تاريخ أسود لماض لم يجلب غير المآسي
أصدر رئيس إقليم كوردستان نيجيرفان بارزاني اليوم الجمعة 4 نيسان 2025 بياناً بمناسبة ذكرى الابادة الجماعية بحق الكورد الفيليين، أكد فيها أن الإبادة الجماعية للكورد الفيليين وكل محاولات المحو والجرائم التي ارتكبت ضد شعب كوردستان، تاريخ أسود لماض مرير لم يجلب على البلد غير المآسي وعدم الاستقرار.
وفيما يلي نص البيان:
نستذكر اليوم الذكرى المؤلمة الخامسة والأربعين للإبادة الجماعية التي ارتكبت بحق آلاف الكورد الفيليين، في حملة وحشية شنها النظام العراقي آنذاك، استهدفتهم بالقتل والاعتقالات والترحيل والتغييب والتجريد من الجنسية ومصادرة الأموال والممتلكات، ليس لسبب غير كونهم كورداً ساندوا ثورة كوردستان.
في هذه الذكرى، نؤكد مطالبتنا الحكومة الاتحادية العراقية بأن تعوض الكورد الفيليين من كل الجوانب، بموجب قرار المحكمة العراقية العليا للجرائم التي وصفت تلك الجريمة بأنها جريمة إبادة جماعية، وتعيد إليهم الجنسية وأموالهم وممتلكاتهم وتحل المشاكل التي يعانون منها. إننا نؤكد لأخواتنا وإخواننا الفيليين بأننا سنواصل مساعينا الدائمة لإعادة حقوقهم وتحقيق العدالة لهم ولن نقصر في اتخاذ كل ما يلزم في هذا السياق.
إن الإبادة الجماعية للكورد الفيليين وكل محاولات المحو والجرائم التي ارتكبت ضد شعب كوردستان، تاريخ أسود لماض مرير لم يجلب على البلد غير المآسي وعدم الاستقرار. يجب أن يتحول ذلك الماضي إلى عبرة ودرس من أجل تحقيق مستقبل أفضل قائم على أسس التفاهم والشراكة وقبول الآخر وحماية حقوق جميع المكونات في العراق.

Fact-Finding Committee in Syria’s Coastal Region Documents 100 Testimonies
ARK News.. The spokesperson for the Fact-Finding Committee on the events in Syria’s coastal region announced that the committee has documented approximately 100 field testimonies and has formally requested permission from the Syrian government to visit detention centers holding suspected individuals.
Yasser al-Farhan, the committee's spokesperson, stated that the team intends to visit the detention facilities of those involved or suspected of involvement in the recent "coastal events," including individuals affiliated with the deposed regime as well as other groups, to hear their accounts and document their testimonies.
Al-Farhan further explained that the committee has requested access to these detention centers, seeking to interview suspects associated both with the Assad regime and with other factions from the region.
He noted that hearings are scheduled to take place on Friday and Saturday.
The primary objectives of the visit, according to al-Farhan, include evaluating the government's measures in holding perpetrators accountable, assessing efforts to secure the affected areas to prevent further violations, and examining the Syrian state's level of control over the groups or individuals involved. He emphasized that the committee has yet to verify these aspects conclusively.
He also highlighted that the committee has conducted on-site investigations across all areas where violations were reported, gathering approximately 100 testimonies. He assured that witnesses provided their accounts freely, without interference or reluctance, and those protective measures were taken to ensure their safety, including conducting interviews in isolated locations and safeguarding their identities.

Turkey to Israel: Stop Undermining Stability Efforts in Syria
ARK News.. After Israel accused Turkey of attempting to place Syria under its guardianship, the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on Israel to withdraw from Syria and cease obstructing efforts to establish stability in the country.
In a statement, the Turkish Foreign Ministry declared: “Israel has become the greatest threat to regional security. It destabilizes strategic stability, sows’ chaos, and fuels terrorism.”
The ministry further emphasized: “To ensure security across the region, Israel must first abandon its expansionist policies, withdraw from the territories it occupies, and stop undermining efforts to stabilize Syria.”

APIKUR: Ready and Eager to Resume Kurdistan Region Oil Exports
ARK News.. The Association of the Petroleum Industry of Kurdistan (APIKUR) has issued a new statement regarding the resumption of oil exports from the Kurdistan Region.
In a post on its official account on the X platform, APIKUR stated: “We are very eager to resume oil exports and have always sought to engage in discussions with Baghdad.”
The association further explained that “our production operations have been severely impacted by the closure of the Iraq-Turkey pipeline, forcing us to sell oil at significantly lower prices than the global market rate. Currently, the global price is nearly double the local market selling price.”
APIKUR highlighted that “the export suspension has resulted in revenue losses of $400 million for the association’s member companies.”
The statement concluded with: “We are prepared to resume oil exports once an agreement is reached with both the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government. It is crucial to safeguard our rights, and we have conveyed this message to all relevant parties.”

President Barzani: The Feyli Kurds Played a Vital Role in the Kurdish Liberation Movement

ARK News.. Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani issued a statement today, Friday, April 4, 2025, marking the 45th anniversary of the genocide against the Feyli Kurds. In his statement, he emphasized the need for the Iraqi government to fully uphold its legal and constitutional responsibilities, particularly in ensuring fair and just compensation for the families of the victims of this genocide, as well as other crimes of mass extermination. He also called for the restitution of their confiscated rights and properties.
The full statement reads as follows:
"Today, we commemorate the anniversary of a heinous crime that targeted an integral part of our people—the systematic campaigns of genocide against the Feyli Kurds. These crimes were perpetrated by successive Iraqi regimes over multiple phases, reaching their peak brutality in 1980. Without any wrongdoing other than their ethnic identity, the former Iraqi regime forcibly expelled and deported hundreds of thousands of Feyli Kurds from Iraq, while thousands more were forcibly disappeared. The regime went even further by seizing their assets and properties and stripping them of their Iraqi citizenship.
On this solemn occasion, as we mark the 45th anniversary of this tragedy, we once again stress the urgent need for the Iraqi government to fulfill its legal and constitutional obligations in full. This includes delivering fair and just compensation to the families of the victims of this genocide and other acts of mass extermination, as well as restoring their usurped rights and properties.
Glory to the pure souls of the Feyli Kurdish martyrs and all the martyrs of Kurdistan."

إسرائيل تعلن عن جولات سياحية داخل الأراضي السورية
أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي أنه سيسمح للمدنيين بعبور السياج الحدودي مع سوريا، والانضمام إلى "رحلات سياحية" بصحبة مرشدين داخل منطقة عسكرية محظورة، خلال عطلة عيد الفصح المقبلة.
حسب صحيفة "يديعوت أحرونوت" الإسرائيلية، ستشمل الجولات غير المسبوقة، التي حصلت على تصريح خاص من الجيش الإسرائيلي، الوصول إلى مناطق خلابة داخل الأراضي السورية، ومناطق أخرى قرب نهر اليرموك، ونقط مراقبة عسكرية،
وفق المصدر قال الجيش الإسرائيلي إن هذه المبادرة تأتي بالتنسيق بين القيادة الشمالية والفرقة 210، ومركز "كيشت يهوناتان" التعليمي، ومدرسة الجولان الميدانية، والمجلس الإقليمي للجولان، وهيئة الطبيعة والمتنزهات الإسرائيلية.
يذكر أن اليهود يحتفلون، وفق التقويم العبري، بعيد الفصح لمدة أسبوع، وينتهي احتفال هذا العام في 19 نيسان الجاري.
