ذا ناشيونال: PKK يهدد ويبتز الكورد ويستغل الكوارث الطبيعية ويتاجر بالمخدرات لجمع الأموال
كشفت صحيفة "ذا ناشيونال" أن PKK يمتلك شبكة مالية واسعة في أوروبا، يجمع من خلالها الأموال بطريقة غير قانونية عن طريق فرض الإتاوات والابتزاز على كورد أوروبا، وتهديد الناس، واستغلال الكوارث الطبيعية، بالإضافة إلى تجارة المخدرات والأنشطة الإجرامية المنظمة.
بالاستناد إلى خبراء وسلسلة من الأدلة القضائية وتقارير استخباراتية، صحيفة "ذا ناشيونال" عن عدد من الحالات وأوضحت: أن كورديا في ستوكهولم هدّد صاحب عمل بسلاح ناري لإجباره على دفع المال لـPKK، وأن شخصًا في فرنسا هُدِّد بكسر ساقيه إذا لم يدفع المال لـPKK. وفي باريس، حُكم على 11 شخصًا بتهمة الابتزاز وجمع الأموال بشكل غير قانوني لصالح PKK ودعم الإرهاب.
وأضافت الصحيفة أنه وفي السويد، هدّد رجل كوردي أحد التجار في مطعم بستوكهولم بسلاح ناري، مطالبًا منه المال لصالح مسلحي PKK، وقد كشفت التحقيقات أن قياديًا بارزًا في PKK قام بزيارة خاصة إلى ستوكهولم لجمع الإتاوات من ذلك التاجر.
وأما في ألمانيا، فقد أُقِرّ بأن جمع التبرعات للحزب يصل سنويًا إلى 17 مليون يورو.
وذكرت صحيفة "ذا ناشيونال" أن أجهزة الاستخبارات الأوروبية تشعر بالقلق من أن حزب العمال الكوردستاني متورط في تجارة المخدرات، وقد صرحت اليوروبول بأن المصدر الرئيسي لتمويل الحزب هو تجارة المخدرات.
قال جوس يونغردن، المتخصص الهولندي في علم الاجتماع، والذي أمضى سنوات في دراسة أنشطة PKK، أن حزب العمال الكوردستاني يفرض الإتاوات على العديد من كورد أوروبا، واستغل كوارث مثل الزلازل في تركيا وسوريا لجمع ملايين اليوروهات.
وأكد أيضًا، أن جمع الأموال هو وسيلة أساسية للحزب لنشر كوادره في أوروبا.

الجيش الإسرائيلي ينشر صور العمليات الدفاعية للواء المظليين في سوريا
نشر الجيش الإسرائيلي، السبت، صور العمليات الدفاعية التي قام بها لواء المظليين في سوريا خلال الأسبوع الفائت.
قال الجيش الإسرائيلي في بيان: "يواصل لواء المظليين بقيادة الفرقة 210 نشاطه الدفاعي في سوريا لإزالة التهديدات الموجهة إلى دولة إسرائيل وخاصة إلى سكان مرتفعات الجولان".
وتابع الجيش الإسرائيلي: "هذا الأسبوع، نفذت القوات غارة مُحددة على موقع عسكري سوري كان يستخدم سابقا مقرا لوحدة تابعة للنظام السوري السابق، وعثرت القوات في الموقع على دبابات وناقلات جند مدرعة ومدفعية معطلة عن الخدمة، كانت تستخدمها قوات النظام السوري السابق، وقامت بتفكيكها".
وأكمل الجيش الإسرائيلي في بيانه: "كما عثرت القوات على أسلحة إضافية وصادرتها، بما في ذلك قذائف الهاون وعشرات الصواريخ".

أعلن الناطق الرسمي للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا عن موقف المجلس من المؤتمر القومي المزمع انعقاده في كوردستان سوريا.
في تصريح خاص لموقع آرك نيوز قال فيصل يوسف إن المجلس يولي أهمية قصوى لتوحيد الصف الكوردي، ويدعم أي جهد يهدف إلى تحقيق التفاهم والتنسيق بين القوى والأطراف الكوردية بما يخدم القضية الكوردية في سوريا.
وأضاف يوسف أن المجلس الوطني الكوردي شارك بشكل فعال في نقاشات وحوارات مع أطراف كوردية أخرى من أجل إعداد وصياغة مشروع الرؤية السياسية الكورديةالمشتركة حول سوريا وحل القضية الكوردية.
وأوضح الناطق الرسمي للمجلس الوطني الكوردي انه تم التوافق على إعداد وصياغة مشروع الرؤية السياسية الكوردية المشتركة حول سوريا وحل القضية الكوردية للتحاورمع كافة المكونات السورية لضمان الحقوق القومية المشروعة للشعب الكوردي في سوريا في إطار دولة ديمقراطية لامركزية تعددية.
وأكد فيصل يوسف أن المجلس الوطني الكوردي يؤكد على ضرورة المصادقة والإعلان عن هذه الرؤية عبر "كونفرانس" في أسرع وقت.
مشيرا إلى أن المجلس الوطني الكوردي منفتح على مختلف الأحزاب والقوى الكوردية السورية لبناء علاقات أخوية تقوم على الاحترام المتبادل وتفضي إلى عمل مشترك مستدام يخدم تطلعات الشعب الكوردي وسوريا الديمقراطية.

ARK News Documents Names of Nearly 10 Minors Abducted by Syrian Democratic Forces
ARK News.. The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continue to pursue a policy of intimidation and exploitation of children in areas under their control, subjecting minors to forced military recruitment and robbing them of their childhood.
ARK News has documented the abduction of nearly 10 underage children by members of the Revolutionary Youth Movement a group affiliated with the SDF, from various towns and villages across Syrian Kurdistan.
Below are the names of the children reportedly abducted by SDF-linked groups:
Ibrahim Khalil Hamek (15 years old), from the village of Baghdik, east of Kobani in Syrian Kurdistan.
Ibrahim Mohammed Sino, born in 2008, from the village of Kharab Ashk near Kobani. He was abducted on March 4, 2024, while residing with his family in Raqqa.
Maryana Suleiman, born in 2012, abducted in early March 2025 from her home in the Qamishli countryside.
Sila Suleiman, born in 2012, abducted in early March 2025 from her home in the Qamishli countryside.
Roshin Mustafa Mahmoud Ibrahim, abducted just two days before her wedding in March 2025 from the village of Koberlek near the city of Gire Spi.
Khunav Abdullah Sheikho, born in 2009, abducted on April 2, 2025, while at school in the Nasra neighborhood of Hasaka, reportedly in coordination with the school’s field supervisor.
Rehab Youssef Sheikho, 13 years old and the only child in her family, from the city of Kobani, abducted in March 2025.
Malak Kawa Abdo, born in 2010, abducted on Monday, March 24, 2025, on her way home from school in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood of Aleppo.
A child from the Hamo family, aged 13, from the village of Arna near Kobani, abducted on April 2, 2025.
Despite SDF Commander Mazloum Abdi signing an action plan with Virginia Gamba, the UN Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, pledging to end and prevent the recruitment and use of minors under the age of 18, reports of child enlistment and deployment in armed conflict continue to emerge.

دعا رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان المجتمع الدولي إلى مواصلة حماية شعب كوردستان والدفاع عن حقوقه.
في منشورٍ عبر منصة (إكس )، أعرب مسرور بارزاني رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان، عن خالص تقدير إقليم كوردستان لدعم المجتمع الدولي الذي وضع حداً لهجمات وقمع نظام البعث بإصدار قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 688.
قال رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان: في ذكرى قرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 688، الذي وضع حداً لهجمات وقمع نظام البعث، نؤكد من جديد احترامنا وتقديرنا العميق لدعم المجتمع الدولي.
وأضاف مسرور بارزاني: يجب على المجتمع الدولي أن يواصل حماية شعب كوردستان والدفاع عن حقوقه.

موقع آرك نيوز يوثق أسماء نحو 10 أطفال قُصَرْ اختطفوا على يد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية
تستمر قوات سوريا الديمقراطية في سياسة ترهيب الأطفال وسلب طفولتهم والزج بهم في معسكرات التجنيد الإجباري في المناطق التي تسيطر عليها، إذ اختطفت عددا من الأطفال القُصَرْ خلال الفترة الماضية.
وثق موقع آرك نيوز، اختطاف مسلحو حركة الشبيبة الثورية (جوانين شورشكر) التابعة لقوات سوريا الديمقراطية لنحو 10 أطفال قُصَرْ من قرى ونواحي ومدن كوردستان سوريا.
فيما يلي أسماء الأطفال الذين تم اختطافهم من قبل أذرع قوات سوريا الديمقراطية:
1ـ إبراهيم خليل همك (15 عاما) من قرية بغديك شرقي كوباني بكوردستان سوريا.
2ـ إبراهيم محمد سينو مواليد 2008 من قرية خراب عشك التابعة لمدينة كوباني بتاريخ 4 آذار 2024، ومقيم مع عائلته في الرقة.
3ـ مريانا سليمان، مواليد 2012، بداية شهر آذار 2025، من منزلها في ريف قامشلو.
4ـ سيلا سليمان"، مواليد 2012، بداية شهر آذار 2025، من منزلها في ريف قامشلو.
5ـ روشن مصطفى محمود إبراهيم، اختطفت قبل عرسها بيومين، خلال شهر آذار 2025، من قرية كوبرلك التابعة لمدينة كري سبي.
6ـ خناف عبدالله شيخو مواليد 2009، اختطفت بتاريخ 2 نيسان 2025، أثناء تواجدها في المدرسة بحي الناصرة في مدينة الحسكة وذلك بالتنسيق مع المشرفة الميدانية للمدارس.
7ـ رحاب يوسف شيخو، 13عاما، الوحيدة لأهلها من مدينة كوباني، خلال شهر آذار 2025.
8ـ ملك كاوا عبدو، مواليد 2010، اختطفت يوم الإثنين 24 آذار 2025، أثناء عودتها من المدرسة من حي الشيخ مقصود في حلب.
9ـ طفل من عائلة حمو من قرية " عرنة " التابعة لمدينة كوباني، اختطف بتاريخ 2 نيسان 2025، يبلغ من العمر 13 عاما.
رغم توقيع مظلوم كوباني قائد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية خطة عمل مع فرجينيا غامبا ممثلة الأمم المتحدة المعنية بالأطفال والنزاع المسلح، لإنهاء ومنع تجنيد الأطفال دون سن 18 واستخدامهم في الأعمال العسكرية، فإن زج القاصرين في المعارك وتجنيدهم ما يزال مستمراً.

Russia: Bashar al-Assad Prohibited from Political or Media Activity — Extradition Not an Option
ARK News.. The Russian ambassador to Iraq has confirmed on Friday, that ousted Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is prohibited from engaging in any political or media-related activity while in exile, and that extraditing him is not on the table.
In an interview with Iraq’s al-Sharqiyah TV channel, Russian Ambassador Elbrus Kutrashev stated that al-Assad has been granted asylum in Moscow, but is strictly bound by the condition of refraining from political or media involvement.
“President Assad, who has been granted asylum in Russia, is obligated not to engage in any political or media activity,” Kutrashev said.
He firmly ruled out any possibility of handing Assad over to another state or authority, stressing that “Russia does not take part in such deals.”
The ambassador also clarified that Assad’s fall from power was not due to Russian or Iranian positions, but rather the result of internal conditions within Syria and the nature of the regime’s own policies.

NATO: No Plans to Establish Relations with Syria’s New Government
ARK News.. A senior NATO official has confirmed that the alliance currently has no plans to establish relations with Syria’s new government following the fall of the previous regime.
According to Jordan’s Al-Mamlaka TV, the official stated that while NATO remains open to future possibilities, any engagement would be contingent on significant political reforms and constructive engagement with the international community.
“If Syria takes the right and inclusive steps toward implementing reforms, engages constructively with the international community, and moves toward a more inclusive political system, the prospect of future cooperation could be considered,” the official said.
He emphasized, however, that such a scenario is not realistic at this time, though it cannot be entirely ruled out in the long term.
“I cannot say we have any plans at the moment,” he added. “But if the necessary political changes occur, we may consider the possibility of cooperation in the future.”

Israel: The New Regime in Syria Was Not Democratically Elected
ARK News.. Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar has voiced concerns over the political developments in Syria, stating that the newly established regime in Damascus was not democratically elected. He also expressed Israel’s apprehension over Turkey’s intentions to assert a form of protectorate over Syrian territory.
In an interview with Le Figaro, Sa’ar emphasized the importance of being realistic about the situation:
“The so-called ‘new regime’ in Damascus has not come to power through democratic means. Additionally, there are around 10,000 jihadists currently in Syria, and we are aware of their intent to open a front in the Golan.”
The Israeli foreign minister stressed that the primary objective of Israel’s operations in Syria is to bolster national security and prevent the establishment of any new hostile front along its borders.
Sa’ar also raised alarms over Turkey’s growing military ambitions in Syria, noting that Israel is particularly concerned about Ankara’s desire to entrench itself militarily in the country — a move accompanied by increasingly hostile rhetoric from President Erdogan toward Israel.

Nechirvan Barzani: The Genocide of the Feyli Kurds Is a Dark Chapter of a Tragic Past that Brought Nothing but Suffering
ARK News.. Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani issued a statement, on Friday, April 4, 2025, on the occasion of the anniversary of the genocide committed against the Feyli Kurds. In his remarks, the President emphasized that the genocide of the Feyli Kurds — along with all other acts of erasure and crimes committed against the people of Kurdistan — represents a dark chapter in a bitter past that has brought only suffering and instability to the country.
Below is the full text of the statement:
Today, we solemnly commemorate the 45th anniversary of the painful genocide perpetrated against thousands of Feyli Kurds — a brutal campaign carried out by the then-Iraqi regime. This operation targeted the Feyli Kurds with killings, arbitrary arrests, forced deportations, enforced disappearances, revocation of citizenship, and confiscation of property, solely because they were Kurds who supported the Kurdistan Revolution.
On this solemn occasion, we once again call on the federal government of Iraq to compensate the Feyli Kurds in all aspects, in accordance with the ruling of the Iraqi Supreme Court, which recognized these crimes as acts of genocide. The government must restore their citizenship, return their confiscated properties and financial assets, and resolve the ongoing issues they continue to face. To our Feyli sisters and brothers, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to advocating for your rights, restoring justice, and doing everything necessary to achieve that goal.
The genocide of the Feyli Kurds, and every attempt to erase and suppress the people of Kurdistan, remains a dark stain on a painful past — a past that brought only sorrow and instability to this nation. It must serve as a profound lesson and a turning point for building a better future — one founded on understanding, partnership, mutual respect, and the protection of the rights of all communities in Iraq.
Our deepest respect and honor to the memory of the martyred Feyli Kurds, and to all the martyrs of Kurdistan.
