الحرس الثوري الإيراني: القدرات العسكرية "خط أحمر"
أكد الحرس الثوري الإيراني، أن القدرات العسكرية "خط أحمر" لا يمكن التفاوض بشأنه في المحادثات غير المباشرة الجارية مع الولايات المتحدة.
نقلت هيئة البث الرسمية "إريب" عن المتحدث باسم الحرس الثوري، علي محمد نائيني، قوله إن "الأمن القومي والدفاع والقوة العسكرية لجمهورية إيران الإسلامية خطوط حمراء لا تقبل المساومة أو النقاش تحت أي ظرف".
تأتي هذه التصريحات في ظل استمرار التوتر بين طهران وواشنطن، حيث تخوضان مفاوضات غير مباشرة وسط تصاعد الضغوط الدولية على إيران، بما في ذلك التهديد بفرض مزيد من العقوبات، أو احتمال شنّ هجمات عسكرية تستهدف منشآتها النووية.

العثور على مقبرة جماعية في ريف حمص الغربي
أفاد مصدر حقوقي سوري أن الأهالي في منطقة البقيعة بريف حمص عثروا على مقبرة جماعية تضم رفات العشرات من الضحايا.
قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان اليوم الثلاثاء 15 نيسان 2025، أن الأهالي عثروا على مقبرة جماعية تضم رفات عشرات الضحايا، ضمن أرض زراعية في منطقة البقيعة بريف حمص الغربي، بالقرب من أوتستراد حمص – طرطوس.
ووفقاً للمصدر يُعتقد أن الجثامين تعود لمدنيين جرى قتلهم على أيدي قوات النظام البائد.
وفق المصدر أن حصيلة المقابر الجماعية المكتشفة منذ سقوط الطاغية بشار الأسد بلغت 24 مقبرة جماعية، احتوت على رفات 2683 ضحية.

نحو 250 عائلة عراقية تستعد لمغادرة مخيم الهول
تستعد نحو 250 عائلة عراقية من عائلات تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية "داعش" لمغادرة مخيم الهول في ريف الحسكة.
قال المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان إن 240 عائلة من عائلات إرهابيي داعش تستعد لمغادرة مخيم الهول خلال الفترة القادمة باتجاه الأراضي العراقية.
وفي 29 آذار الماضي، غادرت 168 عائلة عراقية، مخيم الهول باتجاه العراق، حيث بلغ عدد الأفراد نحو 681 شخص.
وغادرت في 12 آذار الماضي، 150 عائلة من عوائل تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية مخيم الهول بريف الحسكة، متجهة نحو الأراضي العراقية.

وكيلة غوتيريش تزور سوريا لمناقشة الانتقال السياسي مع الحكومة
وصلت وكيلة الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة للشؤون السياسية وبناء السلام، روزماري ديكارلو، يوم الإثنين 15 نيسان 2025، إلى العاصمة السورية دمشق، في زيارة رسمية تهدف إلى مناقشة مسار الانتقال السياسي مع الحكومة السورية الجديدة.
وخلال اللقاءات المرتقبة، ستشدد ديكارلو على التزام الأمم المتحدة بعملية سياسية شاملة بقيادة وملكية سورية، "انسجاماً مع المبادئ الرئيسية التي نص عليها قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2254"، وفقاً لما أكده المتحدث باسم الأمم المتحدة، ستيفان دوجاريك.
ومن المقرر أن تتابع ديكارلو جولتها بزيارة إلى لبنان، حيث ستلتقي عدداً من المسؤولين اللبنانيين، من بينهم قائد الجيش العماد جوزاف عون، ورئيس الحكومة نواف سلام، ورئيس البرلمان نبيه بري، إضافة إلى وزير الخارجية يوسف رجي، وذلك في سياق متابعة نتائج زيارة الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة إلى بيروت في كانون الثاني الماضي.

درعا.. انفجار حشوة لذخيرة مدفع يتسبب بمقتل وإصابة عدد من الشبان
لقي ثلاثة يافعين مصرعهم وأصيب آخرون، جراء انفجار حشوة لذخيرة مدفع كانت بحوزتهم في بلدة تسيل بريف درعا الغربي.
قالت شبكة "درعا 24" الإخبارية المحلية إن انفجار حشوة المدفع وقع بينما كانت بحوزة مجموعة من الشبان واليافعين الذين كانوا يستقلون دراجات نارية، حيث سقطت ما أدى إلى انفجارها.
وأضافت الشبكة أن أعمار الشبان واليافعين تتراوح بين 15 و20 عاماً، وقد تم نقل المصابين إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج اللازم.

أحمد الشرع يصل قطر ويجتمع مع الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني
وصل أحمد الشرع رئيس سوريا صباح اليوم الثلاثاء 15 نيسان 2025، إلى العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، وتم استقباله من قبل الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني، أمير دولة قطر.
جرى الاستقبال في الصالة الأميرية بمطار حمد الدولي، حيث كان في مقدمة مستقبلي الرئيس السوري، الأمير الشيخ تميم بن حمد، الذي رحب بالرئيس الشرع والوفد المرافق له.
كما كان في الاستقبال كل من رئيس الديوان الأميري، عبدالله بن محمد الخليفي، ووزير الدولة بوزارة الخارجية، الدكتور محمد بن عبدالعزيز الخليفي.

بحث رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مع وفد أمريكي سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية، والوضع العام في العراق والمنطقة.
استقبل رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني، اليوم الثلاثاء 15 نيسان 2025، وفداً أمريكياً برئاسة نائب مساعد وزير الخارجية الأمريكي فيكتوريا تايلور.
وبحث الاجتماع سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية، واستعراض الوضع العام في العراق والمنطقة، بالإضافة إلى الجهود المبذولة لتشكيل الكابينة الوزارية الجديدة لحكومة إقليم كوردستان.
كما جرى التأكيد على ضرورة الإسراع في تشكيل الحكومة الجديدة للإقليم قبل إجراء الانتخابات النيابية العراقية هذا العام.
واتفق الجانبان على أهمية استئناف تصدير نفط إقليم كوردستان، ولا سيّما أن تأخير هذه العملية يكبّد الإيرادات والموازنة العامة الاتحادية خسائر فادحة، الأمر الذي لا يحتمل المزيد من التأجيل.
وفي محور آخر من المباحثات، جرى التأكيد على أهمية ضمان الحقوق والمستحقات المالية لإقليم كوردستان واحترام كيانه الاتحادي والدستوري.

Kaja Kallas: EU Sees Few Positive Steps from Syria’s New Leadership
ARK News.. European Union foreign ministers held extensive discussions on Syria during meetings in Luxembourg, with a particular focus on whether to continue easing sanctions on Damascus.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas stated, “It is clear that in order to rebuild Syria, there must be access to services. However, the EU has not observed many meaningful steps from the new leadership in Damascus. Syria’s future remains fragile, but not without hope.”
Kallas noted that EU member states had agreed to “evaluate the process so far,” following earlier decisions to begin relaxing certain sanctions. She added that the bloc would work on “proposing next steps, while keeping in mind the conditions and red lines we aim to uphold.”
She also explained that the EU would now focus on “technical aspects” of the issue, and that the matter would return to the agenda “once we are ready to move forward.”

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam Meets with Syrian Officials, Announces New Phase in Bilateral Relations
ARK New.. During his official visit to the Syrian capital, Damascus, Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam announced the beginning of a new chapter in Lebanon-Syria relations, founded on mutual respect and the preservation of national sovereignty.
According to a statement from the Prime Minister’s media office, understandings were reached with the Syrian leadership, including the formation of a joint ministerial committee, a review of bilateral agreements, and the opening of cooperation channels on sensitive issues such as the return of refugees, energy imports, and the reactivation of transit routes and civil aviation.
The statement emphasized that the visit marks a new beginning in restoring trust between the two nations, adding that relations must be grounded in mutual respect and non-interference in internal affairs.
The two sides agreed to establish a joint ministerial committee composed of representatives from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defense, Interior, and Justice. This committee will oversee key issues of mutual interest, particularly in the security and humanitarian domains.
Discussions also touched on bilateral agreements, including the Lebanese-Syrian Higher Council, with an acknowledgment that some agreements may require revision to reflect current realities and changes on the ground.
Talks also covered areas of cooperation in transit, trade, oil and gas imports, and civil aviation.
Regarding the refugee issue, both parties explored ways to facilitate the safe and dignified return of Syrian refugees to their homes, in coordination with the United Nations and friendly nations. The statement stressed that this file remains a national priority for Lebanon and requires serious engagement from all relevant stakeholders.

President Barzani Commends Iraqi Parliament’s Approval of Halabja Governorate Law
ARK News.. President Masoud Barzani has praised the Iraqi Parliament’s ratification of the law establishing Halabja as a governorate. He expressed his deep gratitude to the Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, the parliamentary blocs, and all MPs who played a positive role in the vote to transform Halabja into a governorate.

I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, all parliamentary blocs, and the members of parliament who took a positive stance and supported the vote on the bill to establish Halabja as a governorate. I also commend the efforts of the Kurdish blocs in the Iraqi Parliament, who achieved this milestone for the people of Halabja and the people of Kurdistan through unity and solidarity. Their cooperation made it possible to pass and ratify the decision to elevate dear Halabja to governorate status. I highly value the contributions of all those who worked diligently to make this possible.
I warmly congratulate the beloved people of Halabja and the honorable people of Kurdistan on this significant occasion.
I hope that making Halabja a governorate will be the beginning of greater service and reconstruction for this resilient region of Kurdistan and a step toward healing the wounds and suffering of the people of Halabja.
